Abstract
본 발명은 금속 상화물MeO(여기에서, Me는 AL,Si,Zr,Hf,Ta,Nb,Mo,W,V,La 및(또는) Y이고, AL2O는 αㅡ상으로 존재하며, SiO2는 결정형으로 존재함)의 미립자 산화물 세라믹 분말에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 입자 크기가1.0nm내지 500nm 개개입자 중1%미만이 평균입자 크기로부터40%이상 벗어나 있고, 평균 입자 크기로부터 60%이상 벗어난 개개입자가 없으며, AI2O3는 α-상으로 존재하고, SiO2는 결정 형태로 존재하는 금속 산하물 MeO(여기에서, Me는AI, Si, Zr,Hf,Ta,Nb,Mo,W,V,La 및 Y임)의 미립자 산화물 세라믹 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개개 입자중1%미만이 평균 입자 크기로부터20%이상 벗어나있고, 평균 입자 크기로부터50%이상 벗어난 개개 입자가 없는 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개개입자중1%미만이 평균 입자 크기로부터10%이상 벗어나있고,평균 입자 크기로부터40% 이상 벗어난 개개 입자가 없는 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 크기가1 내지 100nm미만의 범위인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 크기가 1내지 50nm미만의 범위인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 산화물이 ZrO2인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 산화믈이 αㅡAI2O3인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순물의 총량이 5000ppm미만인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순물의 총량이 1000ppm미만인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순물의 총량이 200ppm미만인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1kg 이상의 양으로 제조되는 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 산화물이 결정 형태의 SiO2인 분말.
