Abstract

본 발명은 다음의 조성(중량%)을 특징으로 하는, 환원 매질에서 뛰어난 내부식성과 650-950℃의 온도에서 우수한 열 안정성을 가진 오오스테나이드 니켈-몰르브덴 합금에 관한 것이다 :
잔량의 니켈 및 용융에 의해 야기된 통상의 오염물, 빈틈에 용해된 성분(탄소+질소)의 함량이 최대 0.015%로 한정되며 성분(알루미늄+마그네슘)의 합계는 0.15-0.4%의 한계내로 조정된다.
보다 구체적으로는 염산, 염화수소 가스, 황산, 초산 및 인산과 환원 매질에 대해 특별한 내성이 필요한 화학설비와 구조제용 재료로서 적합하다.

Claims (5)

  1. 다음의 조성(중량%)을 특징으로 하는, 환원 매질에서 뛰어난 내부식성과 650-950℃의 온도에서 우수한 열안정성을 가진 오오스테나이트 니켈-몰르브덴 합금:
    잔량의 니켈 및 용융에 의해 야기된 통상의 오염물, 빈틈에 용해된 성분(탄소+질소)의 함량이 최대 0.015%로 한정되며 성분(알루미늄+마그네슘)의 합계는 0.15-0.4%의 한계내로 조정된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 철 함량이 2-7%로 한정되는 것이 특징인 오오스테나이트 니켈-몰리브덴 합금.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 철 함량이 2%-4%인 것이 특징인 오오스테나이트 니켈-몰리브덴 합금.
  4. 제1-3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 크롬 함량이 1.0-1.5%인 것이 특징인 오오스테나이트 니켈 - 몰리브덴 합금.
  5. 염산, 염화수소, 가스, 황산, 초산 및 인산과 같은 환원 매질에 대해 특별한 내성이 필요한 화학 설비의 구조재용 재료로서 제1-4항에 따른 니켈- 몰리브덴 합금의 용도.
