Abstract
본 발명은 건축용 구조물등에 사용되는 저항복비를 갖는 고장력강의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 강의성분, 열간압연 및 가속냉각조건을 적절히 제어하므로서 열처리를 행하지 않고서도 저항복비를 갖는 건축용 60Rg/mm2급 고장력강을 제조할 수 있는 향상된 방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적있다. 본 발명은, 고장력강을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중량%로, C:0.12-0.15%, Si:0.5%이하, Mn:1.2-1.5%,P : 0.02% 이하, S : 0.01%이하,Nb:0.01-0.03%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되는 저합금강을 1150-1250℃로 재가열하고, Ar3온도이하 Ar1온도 이상의 마무리압연온도 조건으로 열간압연 한후, 500-550℃의 수냉정지 온도까지 가속냉각처리하여 저항복비 건축용 고장력강을 제조하는 방법을 그 요지로 한다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing high tensile strength steel having a resistance ratio used in building structures, etc., which is suitable for controlling the composition of steel, hot rolling, and accelerated cooling conditions, thereby achieving 60 Rg / mm 2 high tensile strength steel for construction without resistance to heat treatment.
