Abstract

본 발명은 장치가대(21)상에 암기구(25)가 수직축(23)을 따라 승강할 수 있도록 된 원통좌표형 로봇(22)을 설치하고 암기구(25)의 선단에 조립용 공구(40)를 수직으로 유지하는 공구착탈헤드(38)를 설치하는 한편, 로봇(22)의 전방에 테이블장치(51)를 설치하고 공작물(44)을 얹어 놓은 테이블(52)을 직교하는 2축의 주위로 자유롭게 회전시킬수 있도록 한 부품조립장치에 관한 것으로, 부품을 연직방향에서 공작물의 부품삽입구멍으로 삽입할수 있도록 함으로써 조립용공구를 이동시키기 위한 기구를 간단하게 함과 아울러 부품삽입구멍으로 삽입할수 있게 함으로써 조립용공구를 이동시키기 위한 기구를 간단하게 함과 아울러 부품삽입구멍으로 부품을 안정되게 삽입할수 있도록 하고 부품의 압입작업도 가능하게 한 것이다.

제6도는 상기 실시예에 사용되고 있는 테이블장치를 나타내는 단면도.
제7도는 상기 테이블장치의 일부를 분해한 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 부품을 연직으로 유지하는 조립용공구와, 상기 조립용공구를 수평면내에서 이동시키기 위한 2차원변위기구와, 상기 조립용공구를 연직방향으로 이동시키기 위한 승강기구와, 부품을 조립할수 있는 공작물을 얹어놓은 적어도 2축주위로 회동할수 있도록 된 테이블을 갖춘 부품조립 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 조립용공구가 공구자동화교환기구에 의해 2차원 변위기구 또는 승강기구에 착탈가능하게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품조립 장치.
