본 발명은 무기물 콜로이드와 음이온 계면활성제를 포함하는 방담·방적성 조성물을 표면에 도포하여 방담·방적성을 개선 및 지속시킨 폴리에스테르 필름 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a polyester film obtained by applying an antifogging and spinning composition comprising an inorganic colloid and an anionic surfactant to a surface thereof to improve and maintain the antifogging and spinning properties.
