Abstract

본 발명은 레이저 디스크 플레이어에서 트레이를 이송시키는 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 레이저 디스크 플레이어에서 단일 구동모터로써 디스크를 재생플레이 시킴과 아울러 트레이를 이송시켜 로딩 및 언로딩 시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
레이저 디스크 플레이어의 덱크(1)에 디스크가 안착되는 턴테이블(2)과 가이드되어 삽입 및 이젝트 되는 트레이(3)를 설치한 것에 있어서, 상기 턴테이블(2)을 구동시키도록 구동축(4)으로써 덱크(1) 하측에 정, 역회전을 단일의 구동모터(5)를 측설하고 이 구동모터(5)의 구동력을 전달하는 구동력 전달 수단(A)으로써 동력을 전달하여 상기의 트레이(3)를 이송시키도록 한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 덱크에 디스크가 안착되는 턴테이블과 가이드되어 삽입 및 이젝트되는 트레이를 설치한 것에 있어서, 상기, 턴테이블을 구동시키도록 구동축으로써 덱크 상측에 정, 역회전을 하는 단일의 구동모터를 축설하고, 이 구동모터의 구동력을 전달하는 구동력 전달수단으로써 동력을 전달하여 상기의 트레이를 이송시켜 이젝트 및 삽입가이드 할 수 있도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 디스크 플레이의 트레이 이송장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구동력 전달수단은 구동축에 스핀들기어를 축설하고 이의 측방에는 캠기어를 치합되게 설치하며 이 캠기어에는 회동기어를 갖는 피니언을 치합되게 설치하여 피니언은 트레이에 형성된 랙과 치합, 이탈되게 설치 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 트레이 이송장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 캠기어에는 캠홈을 형성하고, 이에 회동핀에 의하여 작동레버를 회동가능하게 설치하여서됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 트레이 이송장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 트레이의 하방 일측에는 트레이 가이드 돌기를 설치하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 트레이 이송장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 캠홈은 원형의 내측 캠홈과 원형의 내측 캠홈을 형성하고, 이들간에는 나선형의 캠홈을 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 트레이 이송장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 작동레버의 일측선단에는 캠핀을 돌출되게 설치하고 타측 선단에는 걸림턱을 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 트레이 이송장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 캠핀에는 스프링을 설치하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 디스크 플레이어의 트레이 이송장치.
