Abstract
본 발명은, 선형 카르복실기-함유 폴리에스테르와 글리시딜기-함유 아크릴계 공중합체의 혼합물을 결합제로서 함유하는 분말 열경화성 조성물에 관한 것이다. 폴리에스테르는 20 내지 500mg KOH/g의 산가를 갖고, 아클리계산 공중합체는 5 내지 30중량%의 글리시딜 아크릴레이트 또는 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트, 및 70 내지 95중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트로부터 얻어지며, 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 25중량%는 또다른 비닐 단량체로 치환될 수 있고, 상기 아크릴계 공중합체는 약 4,000 내지 약 10,000의 수평균 분자량(Mn)을 갖는다. 상기 조성물은 정전 분무기에 의해 도포되고 약 160 내지 210℃의 온도에서 경화되어 양질의 무광택 피니시를 생성시킬수 있는 분말 페인트 및 니스의 제조를 위해 특히 유용하다.

Claims (11)
- (a) 20 내지 50㎎ KOH/g의 산가를 갖는 선형 카르복실기-함유 폴리에스테르 및 (b) 5 내지 30중량%의 글리시딜 아크릴레이트 또는 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 및 70내지 95중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트 (메틸 메타크릴레이트의 25중량%는 또다른 비닐 단량체로 치환될 수 있음)로부터 어더지고, 4,000 내지 10.000의 수평균 분자량(Mn)을 갖는 글리시딜기-함유 아크릴계 공중합체의 혼합물을 결합제로서 함유하는 분말 열경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선형 카르복실기-함유 폴리에스테르가 2의 작용기성 및 2,200 내지 6,000의 수평균 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선형 카르복실기-함유 폴리에스테르의 산 성분이, 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산, 프탈산, 아디프산, 숙신산, 1,4-시클로헥산디카르 복실산 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 유기 디카르복실산임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선형 카르복실기-함유 폴리에스테르의 알코올 성분이, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 네오펜틸 글리콜 히드록실피발레이트, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시시클로헥실)-프로판 및 이들이 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 유기 디히드록시 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리시딜기-함유 아크릴계 공중합체 중의 메틸 메타크릴레이트를 치환시킬 수 있는 비닐 단량체가, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 메타크릴레이트, 스티렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리시딜기-함유 아크릴계 공중합체가 5,000 내지 9,000의 수평균 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선형 카르복실기-함유 폴리에스테르의 양 대 글리시딜기-함유 아크릴계 공중합체의 양의 비가, 아크릴계 공중합체 중의 에폭시기 1당량에 대해 카르복실기가 0.5 내지 1.5당량 정도의 비임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 따르는 분말 열경화성 조성물을 제품에 도포하고, 이와 같이 해서 피복된 제품을 30분 이하 동안 160℃ 내지 210℃의 온도에서 경화시키는 것로 이루어지는, 제품상에 무광택 피복을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따르는 분말 열경화성 조성물을 사용하여 얻어지는 니스 또는 페인트.
- 제1항에 따르는 분말 열경화성 조성물로부터 얻어지는 무광택 피복제.
- 제8항에 따르는 방법에 의해 완전히 또는 부분적으로 피복된 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
