본 발명에는 천골에 고정될만한 한 부분(1b)과 요부부위에 고정되도록 적어도 하나의 조립수단(2)을 가지는 한 부분(1a)을 가지는 구성부품(1)을 구비한, 요부천골 관절을 위한 보철기가 제공된다.

제1도는 조립하기 이전의, 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 보철기의 주요 구성부품을 보여주는 분해 사시도, 제2도는 조립체의 주요 구성부품들의 제1도에 상응하는 사시도, 제3도는 제2도의 3-3선을 따라 취한 단면도.

Claims (14)

  1. 천골에 고정될만한 한 부분(1b)과 요부부위에 고정되도록 적어도 하나의 조립수단(2)을 가지는 한 부분(1a)을 가지는 구성부품(1)을 구비한, 요부천골 관절을 위한 보철기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 구성부품(1)은 로드(1a)를 가지며 그 일단은 평탄하게되어서 고정용 나사들(5)을 통과하도록 방향잡아진 구멍들(1b1)은 매우 실질적으로 10도의 각도로 안쪽으로 방향잡힘으로써, 나사(5)가 제일 추골의 육경을 가로질러서, 천골육경 아래에서 마감하도록하는 한편, 다른 구멍(1b2)은 매우 실질적으로 20도의 각도로 안쪽으로 방향잡힘으로써, 그것을 가로지르는 나사(5)앞천골외피질을 향하여 제일 천골구멍위를 뚫고들어가도록하는 보철기.

  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수단(2)은 적어도 다른 하나의 구성부품(1)을 조절가능하게 연결하기 위하여 결합용 로드(4)를 갖을만한 고정구(3)를 가지도록 설계된 보철기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조립수단(2)은 구성부품(1)의 로드(1a)를 따라 매우 실질적인 수직평면으로 이동가능하게 설치된 원통형 부쉬로 만들어졌으며, 상기 부쉬(2)는 육경과 협동하도록 설계된 나사(6)를 각도진 방향잡이가 가능하게 가지는 보철기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 나사(6)가 관통하는 부쉬(2)의 말단은 육경속으로 뚫고들어가기 위하여 구멍이 패인 보철기.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부쉬(2)는 먼저 구성부품(1)의 로드(1a), 그리고 다음에 고정구(3)의 삽입을 위한 내부요입부(2b)를 가지며, 부쉬(2) 및 고정구(3) 조립체는 상기 부쉬(2)속으로 나사박힌 플럭(8)에 의하여 로드(1a)상의 위치에서 블록된 보철기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플럭용 구성부품(9)은 부쉬(2)속으로 나사박힘으로써 그것이 잠겨진 것으로 보이게 로드(1a)에 대하여 적용되도록 설계된 보철기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 플럭용 구성부품(9)은 로드(1a)의 단면과 협동하는 직경방향 새김금(9a1)을 가지는 부쉬(9a)를 구비하며, 상기 부쉬는 나사박을시에, 로드(1a)쪽으로의 부쉬(9a)의 이동을 초래하고, 동반하는 방식으로, 결과하는 압력에 의하여 밀어붙어지고, 잠겨지게되는 원인이 되는 부쉬(2)의 구멍 속으로 나사박히게될 플럭(9b)을, 고정된 동심위치로 자유로히 슬라이드하며 가지는 보철기.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 고정구(3)는 구성부품(1)의 로드(1a)를 가지기 위하여, 부쉬(2)의 요입부(2b)속으로 삽입되도록 설계된 지지안장으로서 작용하는 한 부분(3a)을 가지며, 상기 부분(3a)은 자유로운 슬라이드로 결합용 로드(4)를 가질만한 슬리브(3b)에 의하여, 회이으로 연장되는 보철기.
  12. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 고정구(3)는 로드(1a)의 삽입을 위하여, 지지안장으로서 작용하는 윤곽진 부분(3c)을 가지는 독립적인 양발벌린 부분의 형태로 되고, 상기 구성부품은 자유로운 슬라이드에 의하여, 결합용 로드(4)를 가질만한 적어도 하나의 부속(3d)을 가지는 보철기.
  13. 제11및 12항중의 임의의 하나에 있어서, 상기 고정구(3)는 결합용 로드(4)의 자유로운 슬라이드이거나, 또는 이동중에 블럭되는 것을 마음대로 제공하도록 설계된 너트들(7)의 수단에 의하여 로드(4)위에서 이동중에 블록되는 보철기.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 너트(7)는 다각형 머리(7a)와 고정구(3)의 슬리브(3b)와 협동하는 원통형 베어링표면(7b)를 가지며, 상기 베어링표면(7b)은 전환용 집게들에 의하여 밀어붙여지는 로드(4)를 따라 슬라이드하도록 횡단방향으로 슬롯을 가지는 보철기.
