온수분배기(1)를 구성할 소망직경의 관체(2)를 일정길이로 절단하여 이를 유입구(3) 또는 투출구(4)수에 해당하는 구멍(5)이 뚫린 고정금형(6)에 관삽시키고 고정금형(6)의 저부에 받침간(7)을 끼워 받친다음, 고정금형(6)의 구멍(5)에 삽탈되는 천공핀(8)과 단부가 호상으로된 확개부(9)를 일체로 단설시킨 가압금형(10)을 일정압력으로 하강시켜 천공핀(8)에 의해 해당직경의 구멍을 뚫고, 이어서 확개부(9)에 의해 절개편(11)를 관체(2)내부로 밀어 구멍을 확개시키므로서 토출구(4)와 유입구(3)를 형성한 다음 일측단부를 소경으로 축관시켜 토출구(4) 및 유입구(3)의 내향절곡부(11)에 나사(12)를 삭설하고 타측단부에 복개판(13)을 융착하는 공정으로 이루어진 난방용 온수분배기의 제조방법.Cut the tube 2 having a desired diameter to form the hot water distributor 1 into a predetermined length, and insert it into the stationary mold 6 in which a hole 5 corresponding to the number of inlets 3 or outlets 4 is drilled.
