Abstract
본 발명은 스페클 방식을 이용한 비파괴 검사 시스템에서 안정된 이진화 이미지를 획득하기 위한 이미지 프로세싱 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 이미지 프로세싱에서 세선(細線)화 작업에 들어가기 전에 물체 이미지와 프린지 패턴 이미지 사이에 스페클잡음으로 인해 안정된 이진화 이미지를 획득할 수 없는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to an image processing method for obtaining a stable binarized image in a non-destructive inspection system using a speckle method, conventionally speckle between the object image and the fringe pattern image before entering the thinning operation in image processing There was a problem that a stable binary image cannot be obtained due to noise.
