Abstract
본 발명은 광학적 두께가 가시선 영역의 평균 파장, 특히 중간값인 550㎚의 약 1/4인 "표충" 피복물이 침착된, 복사율이 낮은 투명한 금속 산화물(들)계 전도성 기능 필름이 제공된 유리 기판에 관한 것이다. 또한, 기능 필름과 기판 사이에 중간층 피복물이 제공되며, 중간층 피복물은 광학적 두께가 50 내지 100㎚, 바람직하게는 50내지 75㎚이다.

Claims (18)
- 광학적 두께가 가시선 영역의 평균 파장, 특히 중간값인 550㎚의 약 1/4인 "표층" 피복물이 침착된, 복사율이 낮은 투명한 금속 산화물(들)계 전도성 기능 필름이 제공된 유리 기판을 포함하는 제품에 있어서, 광학적 두께가 50 내지 100㎚, 바람직하게는 50㎚ 내지 75㎚인 보충적 "중간층" 피복물이 기능 필름과 기판 사이에 침착됨을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기능 필름이 굴절 지수가 2에 가깝고 두께가 200 내지 40㎚, 바람직하게는 약 36㎚인 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, "표충" 피복물이 굴절 지수가 기능 필름의 굴절 지수보다 작으며, 바람직하게는 1.40 내지 1.65인 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "표충" 피복물이 물리적 두께가 80 내지 110㎚, 바람직하게는 90 내지 100㎚인 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "중간층" 피복물이 굴절 지수가 기능 필름의 굴절 지수보다 작으며, 바람직하게는 1.75 내지 1.90인 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "중간층" 피복물이 물리적 두께가 30내지 50㎚, 바람직하게는 35내지 45㎚인 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기능 필름이 주석 도핑된 산화인듐(ITO), 인듐 도핑된 산화아연(ZnO : In), 불소 도핑된 산화아연(ZnO : F), 알루미늄 도핑된 산화아연(ZnO : Al), 주석 도핑된 산화아연(ZnO : Sn) 및 불소 도핑된 산화주석(SnO2: F)으로 이루어진 그룹에 속하는 하나 이상의 도핑된 금속 산화물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "중간층" 피복물이 산화티탄, 산화알루미늄, 산화아연, 산화주석 및 산화 인듐으로 이루어진 그룹에 속하는 하나 이상의 금속 산화물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "중간층" 피복물이 규소 옥시카바이드 및/또는 규소 옥시니트라이드로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "표층" 피복물이 산화규소를 기본으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피복물들 및 기능 필름으로 도포된 일체식 기판이 "필름측"에서의 광 반사율(RL)이 최대 약 6%이고 수직 입사각에서 반사시의 색 순도가 최대 3%이며 복사율이 최대 약 0.2임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다른 유리기판과 결합된 이중 창유리를 형성하며, 기능 필름이 3번째 층으로서 기판에 제공되고, 이중 창 유리의 태양 지수가 0.76 이상이고, 여러 입사각에서의 반사시의 색 순도가 최대 5%임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 진공을 사용하는 기술을 사용하여, 특히 가능하게는 산소 존재하에서 반응성인 음극 스퍼터링 기술을 사용하여, 적합한 조성을 갖는 금속 합금 또는 세라믹 타겟으로부터 금속산화물(들)을 기본으로 하는 하나 이상의 피복물 및/또는 기능 필름을 침착시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 하나 이상의 피복물 및/또는 기능 필름을 열분해법에 의해 침착시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 유기 금속 전구체 또는 규소함유 전구체를 화학증착(CVD)시키거나, 유기 금속 전구체(들)의 분말(들)을 열분해시킴으로써, "중간층" 피복물을 침착시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제13항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 금속 전구체를 분말 열분해시키는 침착법에 의해, 기능 필름을 침착시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 규소 함유 전구체를 화학증착(CVD)시키는 침착법에 의해, "표층" 피복물을 침착시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
