Abstract
300℃이하의 분획 10 중량% 이하를 함유하는 피치 및 비점 또는 50% 증류온도 350℃ 이하를 갖는 유기질 액체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 내화물용 바인더.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 내화물(A)과 종래법으로 수득한 내화물(B)에 있어서 열처리 온도와 압축강도 사이의 관계를 나타낸 그림이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 내화물(A)과 종래법으로 수득한 내화물(B)에 있어서 열처리 온도와 탄화수율 사이의 관계를 나타낸 그림이다.
Claims (14)
- 300℃이하의 분획 10 중량 % 이하를 함유하는 피치 및 비점 또는 50% 증류온도 350℃ 이하를 갖는 유기질 액체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 내화물용 바인더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피치가 360℃ 이하의 분획 10 중량 % 이하를 함유하는 바인더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피치가 60~200℃의 연화점을 갖는 바인더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피치가 퀴놀린 불용분 (QI) 5 중량 % 이하는 함유하는 바인더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피치가 퀴놀린 불용분 (QI)을 실질상 함유하지 않는 바인더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기질 액체가 비점 또는 50% 증류온도 300℃ 이하를 갖는 바인더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기질 액체가 비점 또는 50% 증류온도 250℃ 이하를 갖는 바인더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기질 액체가 피치의 적어도 일부를 용해하는 바인더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기질 액체가 방향족 탄화수소인 바인더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기질 액체가 피치 중량부당 0.1~5 중량부로 사용되는 바인더.
- 무기물계 골재 및/또는 탄소질 골재를 사용하여 탄소질 내화물을 제조하는 데 있어서, 300℃ 이하의 분획 10 중량 % 이하를 함유하는 피치 및 비점 또는 50% 증류온도 350℃ 이하를 갖는 유기질 액체로 이루어진 바인더를 상기 골재에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 내화물의 제조법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 무기물계 골재가 마그네시아, 돌러마이트 또는 알루미나인 제조법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 탄소질 골재가 천연흑연인 제조법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 골재 및 바인더가 80 포이즈 이하의 바인더 점도에서 혼련되는 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
