Claims (12)

  1. 그 처리될 단백질이 고유형태를 취할 수 있는 pH를 지니고, 농도가 최소한 400mmol/1인 트리스 염기 또는/및 트리스 염으로서 이루어지는 용액으로 단백질이 배양(培養)되는 변성단백질의 복원방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 배양용액이 pH값이 트리스와는 상이한 완충물질에 의해 조정되어지는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 트리스 또한 그 pH값을 조정키위해 사용되어지는 방법.
  4. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.4에서 2mol/1 까지의 트리스 용액이 사용되어지는 방법.
  5. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.2에서 1.0mol/1 까지의 일기닌이 그 배양용액에 첨가되어지는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제조합 tPA 또는 tPA돌연변이 단백질이 처리되는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 영역조성 K2P(domain composition K2P)를 지니는 비글리코실화된 tPA 돌연변이 단백질(non-glycosylated tPA mutein)이 처리되는 방법.
  8. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 변성단백질이 연속식으로 또는 회분식(回分式)으로 그 복원용액에 첨가되는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 펄스복원 방법이 복원반응기(renaturation reactor)에서 행해지는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 그 복원이 약1mol/1의 트리스 농도를 지니는 알기닌 함유완충액에서 행해지고, 그리고 그 단백질 농도가 펄스당 약 200μmg까지 증가되어지는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 5항 또는 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재조합 G-CSF가 처리되는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 5항 또는 제8항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항체들 또는 그들의 단편들이 처리되는 방법.
