Claims (7)
- 차량에 탑재된 엔진(1)으로 구동되는 좌우 각각 독립설치한 유압펌프(2), (3) 및 유압모우터(4), (5)와, 그 출력토오크를 좌우의 구동륜(6), (7)에 전달하는 감속기어열(100), (150)과 차동유성기어장치(101), (151)를 포함하는 감속유성기어열(200), (250)등을 구비하는 동력전달경로로 이루어지고, 또한 엔진(1)의 출력토오크를 좌우로 분리하는 베벨기어(29) 및 전후진 2속클러치(37), (39)를 포함하는 감속장치(300)와, 그 출력토오크를 좌우의 구동륜(6), (7)에 전달하는 감속유성기어열(200), (250)등을 구비하는 동력전달경로로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-패스하이드로 메카니컬 트랜스미션장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 감속기어열(100), (150) 및 감속유성기어열(200), (250)이 부착된 좌측 드라이브축(13)과 유측드라이브축(20)은, 센터클러치(36)를 포함하는 연결장치(400)에 의하여 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-패스하이드로 메카니컬 트랜스미션장치.
- 차량이 저속역에서 전진하는 경우는, 이것에 탑재된 엔진(1)으로 좌우의 유압펌프(2), (3) 및 유압모우터(4), (5)를 구동하고, 그 출력토오크를 감속기어열(100), (150)과 차동유성기어장치(101), (151)를 포함하는 감속유성기어열(200), (250)을 거쳐서 좌우의 구동륜(6), (7)에 전달하여, 후진시에는 상기한 좌우의 유압모우터(4), (5)를 역히전시키도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-패스하이드로 메카니컬 트랜스미션장치의 제어방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 차량이 저속역에서 선회하는 경우는, 감속기어열(100), (150)과 감속유성기어열(200), (250)이 부착된 좌측드라이브축(13)과 우측드라이브축(20)의 연결을, 센터클러치(36)를 포함하는 연결장치(400)에 의하여 해제하고, 좌우의 유압모우터(4), (5)에 회전차를 부여하고, 좌우의 구동륜(6), (7)의 회전수를 바꿔서 선회하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-패스하이드로 메카니컬 트랜스미션장치의 제어방법.
- 차량이 고속역에서 전진하는 경우는, 전진2속클러치(37)와 센터클러치(36)를 개합시키고, 한편, 고속역에서 후진하는 경우는, 후진 2속 클러치(39)와 센터클러치(36)를 개합시킴과 아울러, 탑재된 엔진(1)의 출력토오크를 좌우로 분리하는 베벨기어(29) 및 전후진2속 클러치(37), (39)를 포함하는 감속장치(300)를 거쳐서 차동유성기어장치(101), (151)의 플라네트캐리어(16), (23)에 기계적으로 전달하고, 또한 엔진(1)으로 구동되는 좌우 각각 독립 설치한 유압펌프(2), (3) 및 유압모우터(4), (5)의 출력토오크를 감속기어열(100), (150)을 거쳐서 차동유성기어장치(101), (151)태양기어(14), (21)에 전달하고, 이 차동유성기어장치(101), (151)에서는 상기한 기계적동력과 유압동력을 합류시켜서 좌우의 구동륜(6), (7)에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-패스하이드로 메카니컬 트랜스미션장치의 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 차량이 고속역에서 선회하는 경우는, 각 클러치(36),(37), (39)에 계합은 그대로하고, 좌우의 유압모우터(4), (5)에 회전차를 부여하고, 좌우의 구동륜(6), (7)회전수를 바꿔서 선회하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-패스하이드로 메카니컬 트랜스미션장치의 제어방법.
- 차량의 주행속도의 증감율, 저속역에서는 탑재된 엔진(1)으로 구동되는 유압모우터(4), (5)에 회전속도의 증가에 의하여 제어하고, 한편, 고속역에서 증속의 경우는, 유압모우터의 회전속도가 점차 저하되고, 계속하여 역방향으로 회전하여 점차 증가하도록 제어하고, 고속역에서 감속의 경우는, 유압모우터(4), (5)의 회전속도와 회전방향을 증속의 경우와 역으로 되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-패스하이드로 메카니컬 트랜스미션장치의 제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
