벽면 및 바닥면 구성용 타일편

제1도는 본 발명의 제1의 실시예에 관한 타일편을 보여주는 사시도이다. 제4도는 제1도의 타일편의 돌출부의 배치를 설명하기 위한 편면도이다. 제6도는 제1도의 타일편을 밀접배치한 경우의 돌출부의 위치를 보여주는 부분단면도이다. 제8도는 본 발명의 제3의 실시예에 관한 타일편을 보여주는 평면도이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 일정한 윤곽형상을 한 경량박한부재로 이루어지며, 이 박판부재의 외주단면의 적어도 일부분에는, 이 단면에 따라 일정한 간격으로 돌출한 여러개의 돌출부가 일체로 형성되어 있으며, 박판부재의 이면, 외주단면, 및 돌출부의 적어도 일부분을 접착자, 부착자 또는 앵카로서 건축물 이면에 대하여 접착 또는 부착되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일편.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 박판부재는 구형형 상으로 되어 있으며, 돌출부는, 이 박판부재의 외주단면의 둘레 전체에 걸쳐 일정한 간격으로 형성되어 있으며, 외주단면에 있어서 대향하는 한쌍의 외주단면에 형성된 각각의 돌출부는, 이들 한쌍의 외주단면에 직교하는 방향에서 본 경우에, 서로 간섭하는 일이 없는 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일편.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 여러개의 돌출부는, 외주단면으로의 부착뿌리 부분에서, 박판부재의 이면쪽으로 향하여 적어도 박판부재의 두께만큼 단차가 생기고, 이 단차부 보단도 선단쪽의 부분은, 박판부재와 거의 평행으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일편.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 박판부재는 가요성이 있으며, 돌출부를 그의 부착 뿌리부분을 중심으로 하여 박판부재의 이면쪽으로 향해서 굴곡시킬 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일편.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 박판부재는 구형형상으로 되어 있으며, 돌출부는, 이 박판부재의 외주단면의 둘레 전체에 걸쳐 일정한 간격으로 형성되어 있으며, 외주단면에서 대향하는 한쌍의 외주단면에 형성된 각각의 돌출부는, 이들 한쌍의 외주단면에 직교하는 방향에서 본 경우에, 상호 간섭하는 일이 없는 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일편.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 여러개의 돌출부는, 외주단면으로의 부착뿌리 부분에 있어서, 박판부재의 이면쪽으로 향하여 적어도 박판부재의 두께만큼 단차가 조성되어 있으며, 이 단차부 보다도 선단쪽의 부분은, 박판부재와 거의 평행으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일편.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 돌출부의 적어도 1부분이 이면쪽으로 향하여 일정한 형상으로 굴곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일편.
  8. 일정한 윤곽형상을 경량박판부재로 이루어지며, 이 박판부재에는, 적어도 하나의 구멍이 형성되어 있으며, 박판부재의 이면, 박판부재의 외주단면 및 구멍의 내주단면중 적어도 일부분을 접착자로서 건축물 표면에 대하여 접착하도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일편.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 박판부재의 외주단면 및 구멍의 내주단면중의 어느 한쪽에는, 적어도 그의 단면의 일부분에, 돌출부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일편.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 박판부재는 가요성이 있으며, 돌출부를 그의 부착뿌리부분을 중심으로 하여 박판부재의 이면측으로 향하여 굴곡되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일편.
  11. 제1항에 기재한 타일편을 전면에 깔아서 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 타일벽 구조.
