Claims (29)

  1. 사용된 캡슐화 또는 코팅 담체물질이 실제 천연전분 및 전분을 적어도 부분적으로 팽창시키는 적어도 한가지 시약의 혼합물이며 캡슐화 또는 코팅을 위하여 활성 화합물과 적어도 한가지 유화제와 다같이 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 담체물질내 또는 담체물질과 함께 한가지 또는 그 이상의 활성 화합물의 캡슐화 또는 코팅방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 팽창제가 용해도 피리미터15[Cal 1/2㎝-11]이상인 적어도 한가지 물질을 함유하며 전분과 혼합시 그 물질과 다같이 전분의 융점이 분해온도 이하인 방식으로 그 융점을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 전분과 다같이 혼합물내 팽창제가 혼합물의 융점이하에 가까운 범위의 온도에서 증기압 1bar이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1-3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창제를 글리세롤로 부터 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1-3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창제를 다음식의 적어도 한가지 아미노알코올로부터 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

  6. 제1-5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전분 팽창시약과 함께 천연전분을 혼합시 전분으로부터 습기를 적어도 부분적으로 제거시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1-6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 팽창된 전분이 활성 화합물의 캡슐화 또는 코팅중몰 12중량% 이하로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1-7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 팽창된 전분이 무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
  9. 제1,2,6 또는 7항에 있어서, 팽창제가 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1-9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성 화합물이 전분 팽창시약을 적어도 부분적으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1-10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 총 혼합물에 대하여 유화제 약 4중량%까지 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1-11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성 화합물과 팽창전분을 혼합시, 추가로 적어도 한가지의 오일상 물질을 첨가하며, 그 물질이 전분과 균질 혼합물을 형성할 수 없으며, 또는 오일과 팽창전분이 두개의 분리상을 형성하고 팽창 전분입자를 별개로 적어도 한가지 오일막을 피복시키거나 또는 오일상으로 현탁시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1-12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성 화합물과 팽창전분을 혼합시 총 혼합물에 대하여 오일상 물질 10중량%까지, 바람직한하게는 5-1중량%를 혼화시키며, 이 물질 자체를 팽창전분과 균질하게 혼합시키지 않도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제1-13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 천연전분을 적어도 부분적으로 팽창시키고 입자구조가 유지되는 방식으로 팽창제와 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제1-14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창제 60중량%까지. 바람직하게는 30-50중량%를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제1-15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캡슐화 또는 코팅후 팽창제를 적어도 부분적으로 다시 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제1-16항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 총 혼합물에 대하여 유화제 1-2중량%를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 다음의 혼합물을 혼합기, 반죽기 또는 압출기와 같은 혼합장치에서 활성 화합물과 다같이, 바람직하게는 상승온도에서 캡슐화 또는 코팅된 활성 화합물을 함유한 균질분말을 생성하기 위하여 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 담체물질내 또는 담체물질과 함께 한가지 또는 그 이상의 활성 화합물의 캡슐화 또는 코팅방법. - 천연전분의 팽창을 개시하기 위한 팽창제 20-60중량%. 바람직하게는 30-50중량%, -유화제 0.1-4중량%, -오일상 물질 0-10중량% 및-잔량 천연전분.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 처음에 혼합물을 전분/팽창제 혼합물의 융점이하인 온도로 가열하고, 그후 팽창제에 의하여 전분을 적어도 부분적으로 팽창시키며, 이때 기계적 교반 작용중에 팽창전분이 활성 화합물을 코팅하거나 또는 흡착에 의하여 이것을 빨아들이며, 유화제 및 가능하게는 오일이 접착물질 대신에 균질분말을 형성시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제11-19항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선택된 유화제가, 다음 물질중 적어도 한 가지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    -레시틴, -소르비탄 에스테르의 촐리옥시에틸렌 유도체(TweenICI사제), -슈가 또는 슈가 에스테르, 슈가 알코올 및/또는 슈가 알코올 에스테르의 에틸렌 옥사이드 유도체.
  21. 제12-20항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오일상 물질로서 적어도 한가지의 트리글리세라이드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  22. 제1-21항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 천연전분의 평균입도 및/또는 전분의 팽창도 또는 혼합물내 팽창제에 대한 전분 함유량비의 선택에 의하여 활성 화합물과 함께 담체 물질의 계량을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  23. 제1-22항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 천연전분의 평균입도의 선택에 의하여 캡슐화된 활성 화합물의 평균입도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  24. 캡슐화 또는 코팅을 위한 담체물질이 적어도 부분적으로 팽창된 전분으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 담체물질에 의하여 피복된 캡슐화 또는 코팅 활성 화합물.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 제조용으로 사용된 캡슐화 또는 코팅 담체물질이 천연전분 및 전분을 적어도 부분적으로 팽창시키는 적어도 한가지 시약의 혼합물이며 캡슐화 또는 코팅을 위하여 활성 화합물 및 적어도 한가지 유화제와 다같이 혼합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 또는 코팅 활성 화합물.
  26. 제24항 또는 25항에 있어서, 활성 화합물이 수용성비타민 또는 시트르산과 같은 수용성 또는 수혼합성 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 또는 코팅 활성 화합물.
  27. 약제 또는 화장품용 활성 화합물의 캡슐화 또는 코팅을 위하여 및/ 또는 약물 또는 의약품 지시약의 제조를 위한 제1-23항 중에 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 용도.
  28. 접착제, 조미료, 향료, 청정체, 살충제, 제초제, 염료, 합성수지 첨가제, 건축자재, 첨가제, 콩크리트 첨가제 및/ 또는 비탄소 복사지의 코팅용 반응물의 캡슐화 또는 코팅을 위한 제1-23항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 용도.
  29. 조미료, 향료 첨가제, 합성수지 첨가제. 건축자재 첨가제, 콩크리트 첨가제 등과 같은 점성 및 고점성 액체 및/또는 에멀젼의 캡슐화 또는 코팅을 위하여, 특히 그들의 가공성 또는 계량성을 증진시키기 위한 제1-23항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 용도.
