제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예인 디지탈신호 부호화장치의 개략 구성을 나타낸 블록회로도,
제2도는 본 발명의 실시예 장치에 있어서의 분할대역 및 각대역에서의 시간축 방향의 블록화의 구체예를 나타낸 도면,
제3도는 제5도 장치의 허용 잡음 산출회로의 구체예를 나타낸 블록회로도.

Claims (1)

  1. 입력 디지탈신호를 복수의 주파대역으로 분할하고, 분할된 각 대역마다 시간축 방향으로 블록화하여 각각 직교변환하고, 이들의 직교변환된 각각의 블록마다 부호화 비트수를 할당하여 부호화를 행하는 디지탈 신호부호화장치에 있어서, 상기 직교변환에 앞서서 시간축상의 신호의 과도성을 검출하고, 이 검출된 과도성에 따라 상기 각 블록마다의 할당비트수를 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈신호 부호화장치.
