제1도는 본 발명에 따르는 고정단자의 제1실시예를 나타내는 측면도, 제2도는 제1도 고정단자의 연부를 나타내는 도면, 제3도는 본 발명에 따르는 고정단자에 제2실시예를 나타내는 측면도, 제4도는 제2도의 선(A-A)을 따라 일반적으로 화살표 방향으로 취해진 단면도, 제5도는 제3도 고정단자의 연부를 나타내는 도면, 제6도는 제5도의 선(B-B)을 따라 일반적으로 화살표 방향으로 취해진 단면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 설치면과, 그 설치면에 파여지며 일반적으로 설치면에 평행한 견부 표면에 의해 부분적으로 형성되는 고정 단자 수용공간을 지니는 컨넥터 하우징을 회로조립체에 지지하는 고정단자로서, 제1단부 표면이 있는 스프링 부재를 지니므로 하우징에 파인 공간에 삽입될때 상기 단부 표면이 부분적으로 공간을 형성하는 견부 표면상으로 튀어오를 때까지 상기 하우징이 스프링부재를 압착하게 되는 하우징 부착부; 회로조립체에 고정되는 회로조립체 부착부; 및 하우징 부착부와 회로조립체 부착부 사이에 있으며, 하우징과 회로조립체에 면하고 땜질중 약화를 제한하고 소제를 허용할 공간을 하우징이과 회로조립체 사이에 보장하는 대향 표면들을 갖는 고립부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정단자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 부착부, 회로조립체 부착부 및 고립부가 한조각으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정단자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회로조립체 부착부는 일반적으로 서로 평행하고, 고립부에 같이 연결되 그곳에서 부터 연장하는 것만 제외하고는 슬로트에 의해 전체적으로 이격되며, 외측단부에 갈고리가 있는 용이한 삽입을 위한 경사부로 이루어진 외측을 가져 그 경사부는 용이한 삽입을 허용하여 회로조립체를 관통하는 구멍에 간섭 끼워 맞춤을 형성하나 갈고리는 고정단자가 구멍에서 철회될때 회로조립체로 파고들게되는 한쌍의 스프링 부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정단자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고립부의 대향 표면들 중 하나는 하우징과 접촉하여 고정단자가 고정단자 수용 공간에 더이상 삽입되는 것을 방지하는 정지구를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정단자.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 부착부, 회로조립체 부착부 및 고립부는 전체적으로 한쌍의 평행평면에 대향측을 갖으나, 단지, 상기 스프링 부재는 그 스프링 부재가 압축상태에 있을땐 실질적으로 상기 평행평면에 있으나 스프링 부재가 비압축 상기에 있을땐 상기 평행 평면에 있지 않게 되는 대향측 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정단자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 압축상태에 있을때 상기 스프링 부재의 단부 표면이 하우징 부착부의 나머지 부분에서 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정단자.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 부재는 제2연부 표면과 제3연부 표면을 갖고, 압축 상태에 있을때 그 스프링 부재의 제1, 제2, 제3연부 표면이 하우징 부착부의 나머지 부분에서 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정단자.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 부재는 비압축 상태에 있을때 U자형 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정단자.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 부착부는 제1측과 접혀져 제1부분을 형성하는 제2측을 갖는 평편한 스트립, 제1구간과 부분적으로 분할되 제1구간에는 제1연부 표면을 제2구간에는 제2연부 표면을 형성하는 제2구간으로 이루어지는 제2부분, 및 제1부분과 제2부분을 상호연결하는 만곡 부분으로 이루어지고, 상기 제1부분의 제1축은 제1연부 표면이 제1부분에서 멀어지게 연장하여 스프링 부재의 단부 표면을 형성하는 것만 제외하고는 실질적으로 제2부분의 제1측에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정단자.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 회로조립체 부착부는 하우징 부착부의 거울상으로 이루어져, 회로조립체 부착부가 회로조립체를 관통하는 구멍에 삽입되면 회로조립체 부착부의 스프링 부재가 갖는 단부 표면이 조립체 구멍밖으로 나와 회로조립체 표면 위로 튀어나올때까지 상기 조립체가 회로 조립체 부착부의 스프링 부재를 압축하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정단자.
  11. 설치면과, 그 설치면에 우묵하게 파여지며 일반적으로 설치면에 평행한 견부 표면에 의해 부분적으로 형성되는 고정단자 수용공간을 갖는 절연 하우징; 및 단부 표면이 있는 스프링 부재를 갖으므로, 하우징에 파인 공간에 삽입되면 그 단부 표면이 부분적으로 상기 공간을 형성하는 견부 표면위로 튀어오를때까지 상기 하우징이 상기 스프링 부재를 압축하게 되는 하우징 부착부; 회로조립체에의 고정을 위한 회로조립체 부착부; 및 하우징 부착부와 회로조립체 부착부 사이에 있으며, 하우징과 회로조립체에 면하고 땜질 중의 약화를 제한하고 청소를 허용할 공간을 하우징과 회로조립체 사이에 보장하는 대향 표면을 갖는 고립부를 갖는 고정단자로 이루어지는 회로조립체에 장착되는 전기 컨넥터.
