고농축 카본블랙 마스터 뱃치를 제조하는데 있어서, 200㎛이하의 입자크기를 갖는 저융점 폴리에스테르 수지와 용매로서 트리클로로에틸렌 또는 페놀을 중량비로 1：1이 되게 혼합기에 투입하여 교반시켜 저융점 폴리에스테르 수지를 완전히 용해시킨 다음, 40㎛이하인 카본블랙을 10 내지 70중량%혼합시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 고농축 카본블랙 마스터뱃치의 제조방법.In preparing a highly concentrated carbon black master batch, a low melting polyester resin having a particle size of 200 μm or less and trichloroethylene or phenol as a solvent are added to a mixer in a weight ratio of 1: 1 so that the low melting polyester resin is stirred.
