자동차 루프패널(ROOF PANEL)구조

제1도는 본 발명의 적용부위를 나타내기 위해 자동차 루프패널(ROOF PANEL)을 도시한 사시도,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 루프패널의 평면 구조도,
제4도는 제3도의 A부 상세도,
제5도는 제3도의 B부 상세도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 보강재를 구성하는 프론트레일(10)과 센터레일(12) 및 리어레일(14)상에 루프패널(1)의 결합되어 이루어지는 루프패널 구조에 있어서, 상기 프론트레일(10)과 센터레일(12) 및 리어레일(14)을 횡방향 보강 구조를 갖도록 단일체로 프레스가공하여 형성시키고, 종방향으로도 보강재를 구성하는 종방향 레일(16)을 형성시켜서 루프패널과 보강재가 단일체로 이루지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프패널 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보강재인 각 레일(10,12,14)은 경사면(18)을 갖도록 측단면이 사다리꼴로 프레스가공되고 양단도 경사면(20)으로 마감지어져서 강성증대 및 금형가공의 용이성을 겸하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프패널 구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 종방향레일(16)은 강성증대를 위해 종방향으로 물결 무늬 단면을 갖도록 프레스가공되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프패널 구조.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 종방향레일(16)은 측단면이 사다리꼴로 프레스가공 되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프패널 구조.
