Claims (11)
- CBN 또는 CBN-형성물질 및 다이아몬드 입자의 혼합물을 실질적으로 촉매/소결 보조개의 부재하여 CBN 결정-결정 결합에 의해 특정지워지고, 결합 콤팩트 전체에 분산되어 있는 다이아몬드 입자를 함유하는, 지지되지 않은 소결된 다결정성 CBN콤팩트를 형성시키기 위한 HP/HT 조건으로 처리함을 포함하여, 소결된 다결정성 등축정계 질화붕소(CBN)/다이아몬드 결합 콤팩트 형성시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 그라파이트성 질화붕소를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CBN 또는 CBN-형성물질의 입경이 약 1.5㎜이하의 범위인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 CBN 또는 CBN-형성물질의 입경이 약 0.1 내지 10μ범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물중에서의 다이아몬드의 비율이 약 50 내지 95중량%인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물중에서의 다이아몬드의 비율이 약 75 내지 85중량% 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다이아몬드 입자의 입경이 약 1 내지 170μ 범위인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 다이아몬드 입경이 약 4 내지 75μ 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 HP/HT조건이 약 45Kbar 이상의 압력, 및 약 1500℃를 초과하지만 CBN 재전환 온도 미만의 온도를 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 약 45 내지 80Kbar의 범위이며, 상기 온도가 약 1500 내지 2300℃의 범위인 방법.
- CBN 결정-결정 결합에 의해 특징지워지고, 콤팩트 전체에 분산되어 있는 다이아몬드 입자를 함유하는, 실질적으로 촉매/소결 보조제가 없는 지지되지 않은 소결된 등축정계 질화붕소(CBN)/다이아몬드 결합 콤팩트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
