제 2 도는 도료의 유량을 조절하는 밸브의 단면도.
제 3 도는 그 밸브의 솔레노이드코일에 입력되는 통전펄스의 통전시간과 펄스주기를 도시한 도면.

Claims (4)

  1. 도료공급원에서 도장기에 이르는 도료공급계에 도장기의 도료토출량에 따라서 도료의 유량을 조절하는 밸브가 개장된 도장장치에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 도료의 유로를 개폐하는 니이들밸브와 당해 니이들밸브를 도료의 유로를 폐쇄하는 방향에 가압하는 스프링과 통전펄스가 입력됐을때에 상기 니이들밸브에 고정설치된 가동코어를 상기 스프링의 탄성에 저항하여 리프트업하는 솔레노이드코일로부터 이루어지고, 당해 솔레노이드 코일에는 도장기의 도료토출량에 따른 소정의 펄스주기로 통전펄스를 발신하는 통전콘트로울러가 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 도장기와 색교체밸브장치의 사이를 연결하는 도료배관에 개장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 각색도료의 도료공급원과 색교체밸브장치와의 사이를 연결하는 각도료공급배관에 개장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 색교체밸브장치의 매니포올드에 병설되는 색교체밸브로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장장치.
