Claims (4)

  1. 정전류 충전과 정전압 충전의 충전 모드 변환기능을 갖는 전원 공급수단(1)과, 상기 전원 공급수단(1)의 출력을 축전지(2)에 연결하여 충전하도록 한 축전지 급속 충전 제어장치에 있어서, 전류변화 검출수단(6)이 오동작하면 충전 종료신호를 상기 전원 공급수단(1)의 충전 종료신호 입력단(103)에 출력하는 타이머수단(3)과, 상기 전원 공급수단(1)의 출력을 검출하고 검출한 신호를 스위칭수단(5)과 상기 전원 공급수단(1)의 충전 모드 전환신호 입력단(102)에 출력하는 전압 검출수단(4)과, 상기 전압 검출수단(4)의 출력에 의해 타이머수단(3)을 동작시키며 전류변화 검출수단(6)과 충전 초기 리세트수단(7)에 상기 전원 공급수단(1)의 출력이 인가되도록 스위칭하는 스위칭수단(5)과, 정전압 충전시에 전류변화를 검출하며 검출한 신호를 상기 전원 공급수단(1)의 충전 종료신호 입력단(101)에 출력하는 전류변화 검출수단(6)과, 상기 전류변화 검출수단(6)을 정전압 충전 초기시에 리세트 시키는 충전 초기 리세트수단(7)으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 충전제어 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 타이머수단(3)은 방전시 정수를 결정하는 콘덴서(C10) 및 저항(R12,R13)과, 축전지(2)의 충전 시간을 설정하는 제어신호에 따라 상기 콘덴서(C10)의 방전 경로를 선택하는 트랜지스터(Q10,Q11)와,상기 콘덴서(C10)가 소정 전위 이하로 방전되면 충전 종료신호를 출력하는 비교기(301)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 충전제어 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전류변화 검출수단(6)은 정전압 충전시 비교기준 전압을 유지하는 콘덴서(C12) 및 다이오드(D14)와, 상기 콘덴서(C12)에 충전된 전압을 기준으로 축전지의 충전 전류 증가분을 비교하는 비교기(601)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 충전제어 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 충전 초기 리세트수단(7)은 상기 콘덴서(C12)의 방전 경로를 이루는 트랜지스터(Q16)와, 상기 트랜지스터(Q16)가 온되는 시간을 결정하는 콘덴서(C13) 및 저항(R31)과, 상기 콘덴서(C13)의 방전 경로를 이루는 다이오드(D15)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 충전제어 장치.
