개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 개설관 라이닝용 수지관을 제조하기 위해 설비된 제조장치를 도시한 개략설명도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 장치의 요부단면도.
제3도는 공기호스가 접속되고 수지파이프의 개구단부내에 삽입되는 단부플러그를 도시한 사시도.

Claims (9)

  1. 서큘러 다이를 갖춘 압출성형기에 의해 단면이 원형인 수지관을 연속적으로 압출성형하고, 견인기로 상기 수지관을 견인하여 견인기의 다음에 배치된 재가열장치로 보내기전에 계속적으로 냉각고화시킨 후, 상기 재가열 장치내의 상기 수지관을 그 외측으로부터 가열해서 연화시키고, 이 연화상태를 유지하면서 권취드럼에 죄종적으로 권취하는 개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 견인기와 재가열장치와 이 사이의 수지관내에 에어팩킹을 배치함과 동시에 상기 수지관의 선단개구측으로부터 상기 수지관내로 압축공기 또는 가스를 도입함으로써, 재가열 수지관에 상기 압축공기에 의한 내압을 부여하면서 상기 권취드럼에 재가열된 수지관의 권취를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 재가열된 수지관내의 내압은 1.0∼0.6kgf/cm2로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에어팩킹은 사이징을 위하여 수지관내에 배설된 플로우팅 플러그에 접속되어 있는 연결부재에 의해서 소정위치에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 에어팩킹은 가스침투성이 아니며 또한 수지관의 내경의 100∼150%의 의경을 가진 유연한 탄성재료제의 원주 형상체인 것을 특징으로 하는 개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에어팩킹의 외경은 수지관의 내경의 105∼150%인 것을 특징으로 하는 개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 에어팩킹은 발포폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 권취드럼에 권취되는 수지관의 온도는 상기 권취드럼에 권취할 수 있는 낮은 연화온도로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수지관의 재질은 경화염화비닐 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 수지관은 그 연화온도가 73∼76℃이고, 75∼78℃의 온도로 권취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개설관 라이닝용 수지관의 제조방법.
