제3도는 제2도의 선 Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따라 자른 가스완충실의 단면도.
Claims (8)
- 선드로오잉로에서 강파이버모재를 용융드로오잉하여 나선의 광파이버를 제조하고 이 나선의 광파이버를 원료가스가 유입되는 반응기로 도입하는 공정과, 상기 반응에서 화학적 중착법이나 열분해법에 의해 상기 나선의 광파이버표면주위에 헤어메틱 피복막을 형성하는 공정으로 구성되고, 상기 선드로오잉로내에 장착된 히이터에 의해 가열된 상기 선드로오잉로정화용 불활성 가스의 일부는 배기되고, 상기 불활성 가스의 나머지 부분은 상기 원료가스를 희석하기 위하여 반응기안으로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허어메틱 피복광파이버의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 가스의 나머지 부분은 신선한 불활성 가스와 혼합된 후 상기 반응기안으로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허어메틱 피복강파이버의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 가스가 질소가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 허어메틱 피복 광파이버의 제조방법.
- 선드로오잉로와, 광파이버의 허어메틱 피복용 반응기와, 상기 선드로오잉로와 상기 반응기사이에 배치되어 적어도 하나의 가스배기구를 가지는 가스차폐부재로 구성된 허어메틱 피복광파이버의 제조장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가스배기구의 개구면적은 자유로이 조절가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 허어메틱피복 강파이버의 제조장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 사기 가스차폐부재는 적어도 하나의 가스유입구를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 허머메틱피복 광파이버의 제조장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 선드로오잉로와 상기 반응기 사이에는 개구부의 면적이 조절가능한 연통개구부가 설비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허어메틱피복 광파이버의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가스차폐부재와 상기 반응기 사이에는 개구부의 면적이 조절가능한 연통개구부가 설비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허어메틱피복 광파이버의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
