Claims (5)
- 제품 급송 수단과, 적어도 하나의 리세스(24)에 의해 관통된 원통벽(22)을 엣지상에 가지며, 제품이 그 위에서 급송 수단에 의해 운반되는, 원판(21)을 포함하는 회전자와, 상기 리세스 혹은 리세스들(24)과 축상으로 대향 배열된 개구부 (5)를 가지며, 상기 실린더 내의 회전자(2)의 회전을 허용하는 약간의 공차를 남기도록 상기 원통벽에 대해 조절되는, 회전자를 포함하는 실린더(3)와, 상기 실린더(3)에 대해 고정되고, 상기 개구부(5)와 같은 수준에서 축상으로 또는 실린더 벽(22)내부의 방사상으로 배열되고, 회전자(2)운동을 허용하도록 실린더 벽에 대해 조절되며, 적어도 상기 리세스(24)의 각 개국부에 대응하는 양에 의해 개구부(5)뒤로 양면 이상의 각으로 연장되는 스크린과 상기 회전자(2)를 회전시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입상 또는 분말 제품용 계량 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원판(21)은 돌출 방사상 리브(23)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 입상 또는 분말 제품용 계량장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원통벽(22)의 단부 (220)는 방사상으로 방향지어진홈(221)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입상 또는 분말 제품용 계량장치.
- 혼합실(9)및, 제1항 내지 제2항중 어느 한 항에 따른 계량 장치를, 포함하는 카본 블랙의 혼합용 유니트에 있어서, 상기 유니트, 개구부(5)의 하류에 위치되고, 운반피스톤(7)이 미끄럼될 수 있으며, 발산 통로(8)를 거쳐 혼합실(9)과 연통하여 위치되는, 트랜스퍼실(6)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙의 혼합용 유니트.
- 연속 도입되는 혼합실(9)내의 엘라스토머 및 연속혼합되는 정밀 계량된 분말 제품으로 구성된 천연 고무를 연속 혼합시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 계량은 분말 제품을 급송 수단에 의해 운반되는 원판(21)을 포함하는 회전자에 급송시키도록 이루어지며, 상기 판은 적어도 하나의 리세스(24)에 의해 관통된 원통벽(22)을 그의 엣지에 가지며, 상기 회전자(2)가 회전자(2)를 포함하는 실린더(3)에서 회전되므로서 실린더(3)내의 회전자(2)의 회전을 허용하는 약간의 공차를 남기도록 상기 원통벽(22)에 대해 조절되며, 상기 실린더(3)는 상기 리세스 혹은 리스스들(24)과 축상 대향 배열된 개구부를 포함하며, 제공된 스크린(4)은 상기 실린더(3)에 대해 고정되며 상기 개구부(5)와 같은 수준에서 원통벽(22)의 방사상 내부로 축방향 배열되어 상기 회전자(2)의 운동을 허용하도록 상기 원통벽에 대해 조절되며, 상기 스크린(4)은 적어도 리세스(24)의 각 개구부에 대응하는 양에 의해 상기 개구부(5)의 양쪽 면 이상의 각으로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 고무의 연속 혼합방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
