Claims (2)

  1. 메밀가루, 쌀가루, 밀가루 등의 혼합곡물가루를 반죽한 후 공지의 방법으로 숙편압출기로 가열 압출성형시키고, 압출성형된 국수를 주정에 약1분정도 침지한 후 꺼내어 약 3분정도 건조시키며 전공포장시킴을 특징으로 하는 냉면국수의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 것에 있어서, 숙면압출기에 투입할 혼합곡물가루는 약 0.1%(중량비)의 주정이 혼가되어 반죽된 것임을 특징으로 하는 냉면국수의 제조방법.
