제1도는 본 발명에 따른 가변배기 기구를 갖는 사판형 압축기(wobble plate type compressor)의 단면도, 제2도는 제1도에서 도시한 가변배기 기구를 갖는 사판형 압축기에 사용되는 원통형 부재의 제조공정을 나타내는 도면, 제3도는 제2도에 도시한 원통형 부재의 정면도.
Claims (3)
- 크랭크실을 갖는 압축기 하우징과, 상기 압축기 하우징속에 배치되며 속안에 다수의 실린더가 배치된 실린더 블록과, 상기 각각의 실린더속에 왕복 운동할 수 있도록 배치된 다수의 피스톤과, 상기 압축기 하우징속에 회전할 수 있도록 지지되고 축방향으로는 고정된 회전구동축과, 상기 구동축에 고정된 로터와, 원통형부재의 각이 변화될 수 있도록 상기 로터에 힌지로 연결된 원통형부재와, 상기 구동축을 받아들이도록 상기 원통형 부재를 통해 형성된 중앙구멍과, 상기 원통형부재 근처에 있으며 상기 피스톤에 결합된 사판으로 구성되며, 상기 원통형부재는 상기 구동축상에 고정되지 않은 상태로 배치되며, 상기 중앙구멍은 그 내측면에서 상이 구동축의 외주면에 접촉하는 환형 모서리부를 가지므로 상기 원통형 부재의 반경방향운동을 제한하면서 상기 원통형부재의 각이 변화되도록 하며, 상기 환형 모서리부는 상기 환형 모서리부에 의하여 형성된 원의 중심축을 따라 상기 원통형 부재이한단부의 제1내측표면과 상기 원통형부재의 다른단부의 제2내측표면이 교차하여 형성되며, 상기 제1내측표면은 상기 중심축상에 상기 제1원뿔의 바닥면의 중심과 정점을 가지고 상기 한단부에서 확장되는 제1원뿔의 경사면의 연장선과 일치하며, 상기 제2내측표면은 상기 중심축상에 상기 제2원뿔의 바닥면과 정점을 가지고 상기 다른 단부에서 확장되는 제2원뿔의 경사면의 연장선과 일치하는 것을 특징으로하는 가변배기 기구를 갖는 사판형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중심축은 상기 구동축의 중심축을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변배기 기구를 갖는 사판형 압축기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 부재는 적어도 2개의 아암부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변배기기구를 갖는 사판형 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
