Claims (9)

  1. 가스 불투과성 본체내에 가스 연결부와 연결되는 저면으로부터 가스가 배출되는 상면까지 이어지는 가스 투과부를 갖는 가스 유통에 있어서, 가스 투과부가 최소한 2개의 가스 투과부(3)(4)를 분할되고 각개 가스투과부(3)(4)저면에 분리된 가스 연결부(10,12;11,13)가 연결 되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 가스 투과부(3)(4)가 가스 유통체(1)의 본체(2)와 일체로 돈 가스 불투과성 격벽(7)에 의하여 분리 되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  3. 청구범위1항 또는 2항중의 한 항에서, 가스 투과부(3)(4)의 가스 흐름 단면이 서로 동일함을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  4. 청구범위1항 또는 2항중의 한 항에서, 가스 투과부(3)(4)의 가스 흐름 단면이 서로 상이함을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  5. 전술한 청구범위 중의 한 항에서, 가스 투과부의 단면적이 저면(5)로부터 상면(6)으로 갈수록 적게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  6. 전술한 청구 범위중의 한 항에서, 가스 투과부(3)(4)중의 최소한 하나가 상단부(8)와 하단부(9)의 횡단면 모양을 달리하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  7. 전술한 청구범위중의 한 항에서, 가스 투과부(3)(4)가 반원형 횡단면 모양을 갖고 있고 두 가스 투과부(3)(4)로되는 전체 가스 투과부의 모양의 원형 횡단면 모양을 나타내도록 되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  8. 청구범위 6항 또는 7항에서, 가스 투과부(3)(4)의 반원형 횡단면이 상단부(8)에 형성되고 하단부(9)에서는 삼각형 또는 마름모꼴 횡단면 모양으로 형성 됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  9. 청구범위 1항에서, 가스 연결부(10,12)(11,13)가 다양한 밸브(4)에 의하여 가스 공급관(15)에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
