Claims (10)

  1. 비등점이 약 20℃-약 120℃인 저분자량의 불소함유 에테르나 이것의 증기 또는 이 둘 모두로 이루어진 용제 조성물을 여러가지 제품과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는, 제품을 세정하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에테르가 최소한 3개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고온에서 실행되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에테르의 비등점이 25℃-80℃인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 용제 조성물이 보조용제를 더 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 보조용제가 C1-4저급알칸올인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 에테르와 알콜이 공비 혼합물을 만드는 방법.
  8. 제5항 내지 제7항의 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 용제 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 비등점이 약 20℃-약120℃인 저분자량의 불소 함유 에테르가 최소한 하나의 2-클로로-1,1,2-트리플루오로에틸메틸 에테르, 테트라플루오로에틸 메틸에테르, 또는 테트라플루오로에틸 에틸에테르인 세정용 용제 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 보조용제가 최소한 하나의 메탄올, 에탈올 또는 1,1,2-트리클로로-1,1,2-트리플루오로에탄인 세정용 용제 조성물.
