제3도는 슬라이드트레이가 겉상자체밖으로 인출된 상태를 나타내는 본원 발명의 실시예에 의한 디스크트레이로딩기구의 전체사시도,
제4도는 슬라이드트레이가 겉상자체내로 인입된 상태를 나타내는 기구의 전체사시도,
제5도는 겉상자체를 벗겨낸 상태를 나타내는 확대평면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 디스크가 착탈할 수 있게 재치되고, 상자체로부터 인출된 인출 위치와 상자체내에 인입된 인입위치와의 사이를 이동하는 동시에 이동방향에 따라 연장되는 랙이 설치된 디스크트레이와, 상자체에 회전할 수 있게 지지되고, 디스크트레이의 상기 랙과 맞물리는 톱니부를 가진 로딩기어를 구비한 디스크트레이로딩기구에 있어서, 디스크트레이의 인입상태에 있어서의 상기 로딩기어에 대향하는 부분에는 피압접부와 형성되고, 로딩기어의 상면에는 로딩기어와 동심의 원호형을 이루고, 상기 피압접부가 계합함으로써 디스크트레이를 인입상태로 유지하는 인입상태유지편이 형성되어 있는 동시에, 이 인입상태유지편의 상기 피압접주와의 계합개시측의 단부에 캠부가 형성되어 있으며, 로딩기어와 디스크트레이의 랙과의 맞물림을 디스크트레이의 인입이 완료되기 직전에 해제하는 동시에 로딩기어의 캠부와 디스크트레이의 피압접부와의 계합을 개시시키고, 그 후의 디스크트레이의 인입을 캠부의 피압접부에 대한 압동(押動)에 의해 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크트레이 로딩기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로딩기어의 상면에는 상기 디스크트레이의 언로딩이 개시됨과 동시에 상기 로딩기어가 회전하여 상기 디스크트레이를 인출위치방향으로 이동시키도록 피압접편과 계합되는 디스크트레이 푸시아웃 캠편이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 트레이 로딩기구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로딩기어의 제1의 톱니를 상기 로딩기어의 반경방향으로 가요성을 가진 탄성편에 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크트레이 로딩기구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 상기 로딩기어를 회전시키기 위한 회전 구동수단을 더 포함하고, 이 회전구동수단은 상기 로딩기어가 랙에서 분리됨과 동시에 상기 로딩기어를 회전시키는 강제회전기구를 가지며, 상기 디스크트레이가 비작동모드에서 인입위치의 방향으로 이동할 때 캠부가 피압접편과 계합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크트레이 로딩기구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 강제회전기구는 로딩기어의 측면과 탄성적으로 접촉하게 되는 암과, 암을 회전할 수 있게 가압하는 가압수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크트레이 로딩기구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 상기 디스크트레이가 인입완료위치에 도달할 때 상기 디스크트레이와 접속하게 되는 탄성부재로 이루어진 스토퍼수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크트레이 로딩기구.
