Claims (1)

  1. 스탠바이·스위치(105)를 갖춘 집적회로전력증폭장치에 있어서, 증폭회로(108)와, 이 증폭회로의 바이어스원이 되는 바이어스회로(109), 상기 스탠바이·스위치의 온상태로부터 오프상태로의 변화에 순간적으로 응답하여 상기 증폭회로의 출력파형을 소멸시키는 스탠바이회로(106), 상기 스탠바이·스위치의 온상태로부터 오프상태로의 변화에 대해 일정한 지연시간을 취하고 나서 상기 바이어스원을 차단하는 지연회로(107)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전력증폭장치.
