Claims (3)
- 하기 일반식(I)의 헤테로고리 옥시-페녹시아세트산 유도체 또는 그의 염.식중, R은 할로겐 및 할로(저급) 알킬에서 선택된 2개이하의 치환체를 임의로 갖는 피리딜 또는 퀴녹살리닐기이고 : R1및 R2는 각각 수소 또는 저급알킬이며 : R3은 - NR4R5, - NHR6또는 - OR7(식중, R4및 R5는 각각 수소 또는 저급알킬이거나, 인접 질소원자와 함께 2개 이하의 저급알킬기를 가질 수 있는 질소, 산소 및 황에서 선택된 1개의 추가고리 헤테로원자를 임의로 갖는 포화질소-함유 5-또는 6-원 헤테로고리기를 나타내며: R6는 저급 시클로알킬, 치환 또는 비치환아릴, 또는 질소, 산소 산소 및 황에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 고리 헤테로원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 5- 또는 6-원 헤테로 고리기 또는 일반식 - NR8R9(식중, R8및 R9는 각각 수소 또는 저급알킬이거나, 함께 저급알킬리덴기를 나타낸다)의 기이고 : R7은 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 치환 또는 비치환 아릴(저급)알킬, 치환 또는 비치환 아릴옥시(저급)알킬, 할로(저급)알칼. 히드록시(저급)알킬 또는 저급 알콕시(저급)알킬이다)이다.
- 활성성분으로 제초적으로 유효한량의 제1항에 따른 헤테로고리옥시-페녹시아세트산 유도체 (I) 또는 그의 염 및 불활성 담체 또는 희석제를 함유하는 제초 조성물.
- 제초적으로 유효한 량의 제1항에 따른 헤테로고리옥시-페녹시아세트산 유도체(I) 또는 그의 염을 농지에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 작물의 농지에서의 잡초의 억제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
