제 4 도는 본 발명의 제2구체예에 따른 전자기 클러치의 부분단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 자성재료로 구성되며, 제1마찰표면을 갖는 제1회전 부재와, 제2회전부재와, 제한된 축방향 운동을 부여할 수 있도록 상기 제2회전 부재에 연결되며, 사이에 축방향공기틈을 가지고 상기 제1마찰표면으로 향하도록 배열된 제2마찰 표면을 갖는 환형자성 아머츄어판과, 상기 제2마찰표면을 상기 제1마찰표면으로 잡아 당겨 회전력이 상기 제2회전부재에 전달되도록 상기 제1회전부재와 상기 환형 자성 아머츄어판에 연결된 전자기 수단과, 상기 환형 자성 아머츄어판의 상기 제2마찰표면에 고정배치되며, 상기 제1회전부재의 상기 제1마찰 표면으로 향하는 하나의 단부표면을 갖는 비자성 재료의 마찰부재로 구성되며, 상기 마찰부재의 상기 하나의 단부 표면은 충분한 거리를 가지고 상기 환형 자성 아머츄어판의 상기 제2마찰표면으로부터 이격되며, 상기 제1회전 부재는 상기 마찰부재를 받아들이기 위하여 상기 제1마찰표면에 형성된 제1환형홈을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 클러치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환형자성 아머츄어 판은 그밖에도 상기 마찰 부재의 부분을 고정배치하기 위하여 상기 제2마찰 표면에 형성된 제2환형 홈으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기클러치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰부재는 환형 마찰부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 클러치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰부재와 상기 환형 자성 아머츄어판은 상기 환형자성 아머츄어판의 상기 제2마찰 표면에 형성된 환형돌출부를 상기 환형 마찰부재의 다른 단부표면에 형성된 제3환형홈 속으로 삽입하여 연결고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 클러치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰부재는 환형 마찰부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 클러치.
