내연기관용 녹(Knock) 검출장치 및 그 페일검출방법

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 내연기관용 녹검출장치의 한 실시예를 나타내는 블록도.
제2도는 제1도의 실시예의 동작을 설명하기 위한 파형도.
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 내연기관용 녹검출장치의 페일검출방법을 나타내는 플로차트.

Claims (2)

  1. 내연기관의 진동을 검출하는 녹센서와, 상기 내연기관을 구동시키는 기통의 제1 및 제2의 기준위치에 대응한 상기 녹센서의 출력신호의 제1 및 제2의 레벨을 생성하는 인터페이스회로와, 상기 제1 및 제2의 레벨에 따라 상기 기통의 점화제어를 행하는 ECU를 갖추고, 이 ECU는, 상기 제2의 레벨을 소정기간마다 평균화처리하는 평균화처리부와, 상기 제1의 레벨이 상기 평균화된 제2의 레벨에 따른 임계치레벨을 초과한 경우에 상기 기통의 점화위치를 지각시키는 지각반영처리부를 포함해 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 녹검출장치.
  2. 녹센서의 출력신호의 레벨을 소정기간마다 평균화처리하는 단계와, 상기 평균화된 레벨이 소정치보다 작을 경우에 녹검출부의 페일을 판정하는 단계와, 페일이 판정되었을 경우에 기통의 점화위치를 자각시키는 단계를 포함해 갖춘 내연기관용 녹검출장치의 페일검출방법.
