Claims (6)

  1. ㆍ20℃이상으로 상이한 융점을 갖는 2개의 상이한 종류의 폴리올레핀으로 구성되고 저-융점의 폴리올레핀이 섬유 표면의 적어도 일부분을 차지할 수 있도록 구조된 고-융점 접착성 복합 섬유에 있어서, 저-융점의 폴리올레핀에 탄소수 12이상의 지방산의 모노글리세라이드가 3내지 10중량%로 혼입됨을 특징으로 하는 고-융점 접착성 복합 섬유.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 저-융점을 갖는 폴리올레핀이 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 중에서 선택되는 고-융점 접착성 복합 섬유.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 저-융점을 갖는 폴리올레핀보다 20℃이상으로 고-융점을 갖는 폴리올레핀이 프로필렌 단일중합체 및 프로필렌 및 에틸렌 또는 부텐-1로 구성된 공중합체 중에서 선택되는 고-융점 접착성 복합섬유.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 지방산의 모노글리세라이드가 라우르산, 스테아르산 및 올레산의 글리세라이드 중에서 선택되는 고-융점 접착성 복합섬유.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 복합 섬유를 2종류의 폴리올레핀을 사이드-바이-사이드(side-by-side)또는 쉐스-앤드-코어(sheath-and-core)의 형태로 복합-방사함에 의해 수득하여 모노글리세라이드가 혼입된 저-융점을 갖는 폴리올레핀이 길이 방향에서 연속적으로 섬유표면의 적어도 일부분을 차지할 수 있도록 한 고-융점 접착성 복합 섬유.
  6. 제1항에 기재된 섬유를 저-융점을 갖는 폴리올레핀의 융점 이상의 온도 및 고-융점을 갖는 다른 폴리올레핀의 융점 미만의온도에서 열-처리함에 의해 수득되고, 섬유의 접촉점이 저-융점을 갖는 폴리올레핀의 용융-접착에 의해 고정된 성형 생성물.
