제2도는 무수 츄잉껌 조성물로 부터 다양한 양의 수크랄로스의 감미 감지를 표시한 것이다.
제3도는 무수 츄잉껌 조성물로 부터 여러가지 인공 감미료의 방출율을 표시한 것이다.

Claims (20)

  1. 츄잉껌 베이스 최소한 하나의 당 알콜 및 츄잉껌 조성물의 약 0.5-20중량% 흡습성 액체를 포함하고 최종 조성물의 약2중량% 이하의 수분 함량을 갖는 수크랄로스로 감미된 츄잉껌 조성물에 있어서, 상기 츄잉껌 조성물을 씹었을때 수크랄로스가 초기 30초내에는 15-50 수크로스 상당량 비율로 그리고 씹은지 약5분후에는 6수크로스 상당량 미만의 비율로 상기 껌 조성물로 부터 방출되는 츄잉껌 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 껌 베이스가 최종 조성물의 약 15-55중량% 양으로 존재하는 츄잉껌 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 당 알콜이 크리실리톨, 만니톨, 말티톨, 소르비톨 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 츄잉껌 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 당 알콜이 츄잉껌 조성물의 약 40-80중량% 양으로 존재하는 츄잉껌 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 흡습성 액체가 글리세린 또는 1,2-프로판디올인 츄잉껌 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 스크랄로스가 츄잉껌 조성물의 약 0.05-0.5중량% 양으로 존재하는 츄잉껌 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 껌 베이스가 천연 탄성중합체 또는 합성 탄성중합체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 츄잉껌 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 천연 또는 합성 화합물인 부가적인 감미료가 조성물에 부가되는 츄잉껌 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 감미료가 수용성 감미료, 수용성 인공 감미료, 디펩리드에 기초한 감미료 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 츄잉껌 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 필터, 가소제, 연화제, 착색제, 향미제 및 이들의 혼합물로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 부가적인 성분들을 함유한 츄잉껌 조성물.
  11. 껌 베이스를 연화시키고 여기에다 부가될 총량의 일부분인 최소한 하나의 당 알콜을 부가하면서 성분들을 혼합하며 이 혼합물에데 약 0.5-20중량%의 흡습성 액체를 부가하면서 제제를 혼합한 다음 나머지 양의 당 알콜과 혼합된 수크랄로스를 함유된 선혼합물(pre-bend)을 부가 및 혼합시키고 균질의 혼합물을 얻을때까지 계속 혼합시키며 이 조성물을 회수하는 것으로 구성되는데, 츄잉껌 조성물을 씹었을때 수크랄로스가 초기 30초내에는 15-50수크로스 상당량 비율로 그리고 씹은지 약5분후에는 6수크로스 상당량 미만의 비율로 상기 조성물로 부터 방출되며 수분 함량이 최종 조성물의 약 2중량% 이하인 수크로스로 감미된 츄잉껌 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 껌 베이스가 츄잉껌 조성물의 약 15-55중량% 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 당 알콜이 크실리톨, 만니톨, 만티롤, 소르비톨 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 당 알콜이 츄잉껌 조성물의 40-80중량% 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 흡습성 액체가 글리세린 또는 1,2-프로판디올인 방법.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 스크랄로스가 츄잉껌 조성물의 약 0.05-0.5중량% 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 껌 베이스가 천연 또는 합성 탄성중합체로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  18. 제11항에 있어서, 천연 또는 합성 화합물인 부가적인 감미료가 조성물에 부가되는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 감미료가 수용성 감미료, 수용성 인공 감미료, 디펩티드에 기초한 감미료 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  20. 제11항에 있어서, 필터, 가소제, 연화제, 착색제, 향미제 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 부가적인 성분들을 함유하는 방법.
