Claims (4)

  1. 축받이 내피(1)와, 축받이 내피를 반경방향으로 간격져서 둘러싸고 있는 축받이 외피(2)와, 두축받이 내.외피 사이에 놓여서 둘중 어느하나와 견고하게 결합되어 있는 고무 몸체(3)와, 상기 외피(2)를 밀폐시키도록 포위하는 보호외통(4)을 구비하고; 상기 고무몸체(3) 내에 유압매체로 충진된 두개의 쳄버(5) (6)를 가지며, 상기 챔버(5) (6)들은 먼저 감압통로(7)를 통하여 서로 연통되어 있으며, 상기 챔버(5) (6)들은 일류통로(8)를 가지고 유압매체간의 차단을 제어하고, 차단용 감압단연부(9)는 챔버내에 소정의 압력차가 발생하면 열리고, 상기 축받이 외피(2)가 밀폐되어 삽입된 보호외통(4)은 일류통로(8)의 영역내에서 반경방향으로 변형가능함으로써 일류통로(8)의 차단이 열릴 수 있도록 된것을, 특징으로 하는 자동차의 축받이용 유압제동 고무피관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일류통로(8)내에 고정된 감압단면부(9)에 의하여 양쳄버(5) (6)내외 유압차가 차단되며, 감압단연부(9)는 반경방향으로 변형된 보호외통(4)의 대향 표면과 공통으로 작용하는 고무피관.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감압단연부(9)는 축받이 내.외피(1)(2)사이의 고무몸체(3)에 일체로 부착되어 있으며, 반경방향으로 바깥쪽으로 변형되는 보호외통(4)과 접경하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무피관.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 일류통로내의 감압단연부(9)는 두개의 탄력있는 설편(10)(11)으로 형성되어 있으며, 서로 대향하는 위치에서 상기 일류통로(8)속으로 중심으로 향하여 서로 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 고무피관.
