Claims (20)

  1. 둘레가 실질적으로 매끄러운 밀봉면으로 둘러싸인 개구를 가지는 컨테이너 밀폐장치와 결합되어 실질적으로 기밀 밀봉되게 하는 캡에 있어서, 기밀 면봉되는 상태로 컨테이너 밀봉장치상의 밀봉면에 대해 해체될 수 있게 결합 가능하며, 일반적으로 방사상으로 연장된 다수의 저탄성부에 의해 시각적으로 간격이 띄워진 탄성부를 포함하는 밀봉부로 되는 캡.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 캡에 일체로 연결된 연장 아암이 캡으로부터 연장되어 밀봉장치의 단부벽에 고정되도록 적합하게 된 돌기에서 끝을 이루는 재밀봉 캡.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 연장 아암의 돌기가 밀폐장치에 대하여 캡을 견고하게 하기 위한 리벳을 공급하도록 하는 개구를 가지는 재밀봉 캡.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 일반적으로 방사상으로 연장된 저탄성부가 탄서우의 두께보다는 큰 두께를 가지는 일반적으로 방사상으로 연장된 다수의 리브를 포함하는 재밀봉 캡.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 상기의 캡이 나일론, 폴리비닐, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄 및 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질인 재밀봉 캡.
  6. 제4항에 있어서 방사상으로 연장된 각 리브가 약 0.020내지 0.030인치의 주변 나비를 가지는 재밀봉 캡.
  7. 제4항에 있어서 상기 방사상으로 연장된 리브가 밀봉부 둘레의 적어도 대부분이 대략 8내지 10도씩 이격되어 있는 재밀봉 캡.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 상기 리브가 밀봉부의 전체 경계 주위에 실질적으로 균일하게 이격되어 있는 재밀봉 캡.
  9. 제4항에 있어서 각 탄성부의 두께가 약 0.010내지 0.030인치이며 밀봉부가 밀봉면을 속박하는 재밀봉 캡.
  10. 컨테이너부터 내용물을 분배하기 위한 유출 개구를 한정하며, 실질적으로 매끄러운 밀봉면을 가지는 바깥쪽으로 연장된 연속 립부를 가지는 개방 판넬로 한정되는 스코어라인을 가지는 단부벽과 : 단부벽의 바깥둘레 주위에서 컨테이너에 밀폐장치를 부착하는 수단과 : 상기 립 부분에 대하여 위에 놓여지게 밀봉되어 단부벽에 견고하게 되며, 단부벽에 고착되는 돌기와 유출구의 립상에서 밀봉면과 기밀 밀봉된 상태로 해체가능하게 결합될 수 있으며 방사상으로 연장된 다수의 저탄성부에 의해 간격이 떨어져 있는 방사상으로 연장된 다수의 탄성부를 가지는 밀봉부와로 되는 가요성 재밀봉 캡과 ; 로 되는 컨테이너용 밀폐장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서 캡과 일체가 되어 연결된 연장 아암이 캡으로부터 연장되어 상기 단부벽에 고정된 돌기부에서 끝을 이루는 컨테이너용 밀폐장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서 상기 캡이 돌기의 단부에 선회적으로 고착되며, 유출구로부터 떨어져 있는 제1위치와 개구판넬과 밀봉되어 위에 놓여지는 제2위치를 즉각적으로 교체하기 위하여 고착위치에 대해 회전 가능하게 교체될 수 있는 컨테이너용 밀폐장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서 돌기와 밀폐장치에 리벳이 선회적으로 고착되도록 적합하게 된 개구를 가지는 컨테이너용 밀폐장치.
  14. 제10항에 있어서 방사상으로 연장된 리브가 탄성부의 두께보다 두꺼운 컨테이너용 밀폐장치.
  15. 제10항에 있어서 상기 캡이 나일론, 폴리비닐, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄 및 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 재질인 컨테이너용 밀폐장치.
  16. 제10항에 있어서 방사상으로 연장된 각 리브가 0.020내지 0.030인치의 나비를 가지는 컨테이너용 밀폐장치.
  17. 제10항에 있어서 방사상으로 연장된 다수의 리브가 밀봉부 둘레의 적어도 대부분이 대략 8내지 10도씩 연속적인 위치에 제공되는 컨테이너 밀폐장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서 리브가 밀봉부의 전체 둘레 주위에서 실질적으로 균일하게 간격이 떨어져 위치하는 컨테이너용 밀폐장치.
  19. 제10항에 있어서 밀봉부가 밀봉면에 결합될 때 각 탄성부의 두께가 약 0.010내지 0.030의 범위인 컨테이너용 밀폐장치.
  20. 컨테이너로부터 내용물을 분배하기 위한 유출구를 한정하며, 실질적으로 매끄러운 밀봉면을 가지는 위쪽으로 연장된 연속 원형 립부를 가지는 개구 판넬을 한정하는 스코어라인을 가지는 알루미늄 단부벽과 컨테이너의 둘레에 대해 밀폐장치를 부착하는 주변 이중 이음매와 단부벽에 회전가능하게 고착되고, 립부에 대하여 위에 놓여지게 밀봉되도록 고착 장소를 따라 선회적으로 이동가능하며, 단부벽에 리벳되는 돌기와 유출구의 립 상에서 밀봉면에 대해 빈틈엇이 밀봉되어 해체가능하게 결합될 수 있으며, 리브보다 두께가 더 두꺼운 방사상으로 연장된 가요성 박막에 의해 밀봉부의 경계 근처에서 원주상으로 약 8˚내지 10˚씩 간격이 떨어진 방사상으로 연장된 다수의 리브를 가지는 밀봉부와 돌기와 밀봉부를 일체로 연결하는 연장 아암과로 되는 가용성 재밀봉 캡과 : 로 되는 강성 금속 컨테이너용 밀폐장치.
