Claims (12)

  1. (a) 삽입되는 디스크의 중심부에 장착된 자성금속판을 구비한 허브를 자기흡착력에 의해서 클랭핑하는 클램핑수단을 구비한 디스크 회전수단과, (b)상기 디스크를 상기 디스크 회전수 단에 로딩하는 로딩 수단과,(c)상기 디스크를 상기 로딩수단에 의해 상기 디스크 회전 수단 에 로딩할 때에 상기 디스크의 중심부를 상기 허브의 중심공이 상기 디스크 회전수단의 스 핀들축에 계합하는 방향으로 주르는 압압수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크로 딩장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압압수단은 상기 로딩수단이 상기 클램핑수단에 의하여 디스크클램핑 위치로 하강동작함에 따라 상기 디스크의 중앙부를 누르는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크로딩 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로딩수단은 상기 디스크 회전수단 보다 높은위치와 상기 클램핑수단에 의해서 상기 디스크가 클램핑되는 위치보다 낮은 위치 사이에서 자유로이 이동할 수 있도록 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크로딩장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 압압수단은 상기 디스크허브를 누르도록 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크로딩장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 압압수단은 디스크로딩수단의 하강동작에 따라 회전가능한 연장부와, 상기 연장부에서 돌출되도록 상기 연장부의 하면측에 배설된 압압핀으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디크로딩장치.
  6. 디스크카트리지 내에서 회전가능하게 결합된 광자기디스크에 기록 및 재생하고, 또한 자성 금속판을 구비한 허브가 중심부에 장착된 광자기디스크 기록 및 재생장치에 있어서,(a) 상기 허브를 자기흡착력에 의해서 클램핑 하여 상기 디스크를 회전시키는 회전수단과, (b)삽 입된 디스크카트리지를 상기 회전수단에 로딩하는 로딩수단과, (c)상기 로딩수단에 의한 상 기 디스크의 로딩동작에 따라 상기 회전수단에 의해 클램핑되는 상기 광자기디스크에 대해 바이어스 자계발생장치가 상하운동을 자유로이 할 수 있도록 상기 바이어스 자계발생장치를 지지하는 지지수단과, (d)상기 광자기디스크를 상기 로딩수단에 의해 상기 디스크 회전수단 에 로딩할 때에 상기 광자기디스크의 중심부를 상기 허브의 중심공이 상기 디스크회전수단 의 스핀들축에 계합하는 방향으로 누르는 압압수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기디스크 기록 및 재생장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압압수단은 상기 지지수단에 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기디스크 기록 및 재생장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압압수단은 상기 회전수단에 대응하는 위치에서 상기 지지수단에 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기디스크 기록 및 재생장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 로딩수단은 삽입된 디스크카트리지를 수납하는 카트 리지홀더를 포함 하며, 상기 압압수단은 상기 카트리지 홀더의 디스크 카트리지에 삽입된 상기 광자기디스크가 상기 회전수단에 의해 클램핑된 위치에 상기 카트리지홀더가 있을 때 상기 카트리지홀더 의 관통공을 통해 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기디스크 기록 및 재생장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 상기 카트리지홀더가 상하 이동할 때 회전가능한 연장부와 상기 연장부에 회전가능하게 부착된 바이어스 자게발생장치를 지지하는 지지체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기디스크기록 및 재생장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 압압수단은 상기 지지체에 일체로 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기디스크 기록 및 재생장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 압압수단에는 복수개의 압압핀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기디스크기록 및 재생장치.
