제2도의 (가)는 본 발명에 사용되는 공기 교략처리 장치의 약시도.
(나)는 본 발명에 사용되는 편심 공기 교락 처리 장치의 약시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 2종 이상의 폴리에스테르 필라멘트를 합사, 공기교락 처리하여 트리이프성이 뛰어난 방적사 조의 가공사를 제조함에 있어서, 심사로 폴리에스테르의 반연신사를 사용하고 효과사로 스트랫치 가공사를 사용하여 제1연신로울러와 제3공급로울러 사이에서 과급 율을 120-130％로 하고, 심상의 과급율을 105-110％로 하여 합사하고, 제1공급처리장치에서 공기교락 처리를 한 후 제2공급 처리장치에서 편심공기교락 처리함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필라멘트 가공사의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 편심공기교락처리시 투입전 장력이 투입후 장력보다 크게하되 투입후 장력을 5g이상으로 하여 겉보기 꼬임을 부여함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필라멘트 가공사의 제조방법.
