제3도는 PM1과 MT18 항체의 억제효과를 보여준다.

Claims (14)

  1. 인간 인터로이킨-6 수용체에 특이하게 결합할 수 있는 인간 인터로이킨-6 수용체에 대한 항체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 항체가 모노클로날 항체인 항체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 항체가 인간 인터로이킨-6수용체에 결합하기 위한 인간 인터로이킨-6와 경쟁하는 항체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 항체가 PM1 항체인 항체.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 항체가 인간 인터로이킨-6수용체에 결합하기 위해서 인간 인터로이킨-6와 경쟁하지않는 항체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 항체가 MT18 항체인 항체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 항체가 폴리클로날 항체인 항체.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 항체가 아미노산을 알파벳자로 표시하여(N-말단) KTSMHPPYS LGQLVP(C-말단)으로 표시되는 인간 일터로이킨-6 수용체의 일부를 인식하는 항체.
  9. 제2항에 기술한 모노클로날 항체를 생산하는 히브리도마.
  10. 인간 인터로이킨-6 수용체 항원으로 포유류를 면역시키고, 포유류로부터 면역체를 얻고, 면역체를 골수종 세포와 융합하고 그리고 융합 세포로부터 인간 인터로이킨-6 수용체를 인식할 수 있는 히브리도마를 클로닝하는 것으로 되는 히브리도마의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 인터로이킨-6 수용체 항원이 고체 캐리어에 결합된 인간 인터로이킨-6 수용체인 방법.
  12. 제9항에서 기술한 히브리도마 또는 제10항 또는 제11항에서 기술한 방법으로 제조된 히브리도마를 배양하고, 배지로부터 인간 인터로이킨-6수용체를 인식할 수 있는 모노 클로날 항체를 회수하는 것으로 되는 항-인간인터로이킨-6 수용체 항체의 제조방법.
  13. 포유류를 인간 일터로이킨-6 수용체 항원으로 면역시키고 그리고 면역된 동물로부터 인터로이킨-6수용체를 인식할 수 있는 폴리클로날 항체를 회수하는 것으로 항-인간 인터로이킨-6수용체 폴리클로날 항체의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 인간 인터로이킨-6 수용체 항원이 아미노산을 알파벳 한자로 표시하여 (N-말단) KTSMHPPYS LGQLVP(C-말단)으로 표시되는 순서를 가지는 펩티드가 중합체 캐리어에 공액된 콤프렉스인 제조방법.
