Claims (3)

  1. 탄성부우트(64)에 의해 오염이 방지되게 배열된 한 쌍의 캘리퍼가이드(56)를 갖는 브레이크 캐리어(10), 브레이크 디스크(12)의 양측에 배치되고 이에 고정되는 마찰라이닝(20)을 갖는 배면판(18)을 포함하는 한 쌍의 브레이크 패드(14, 16), 캘리퍼 가이드(56)상에서 브레이크 디스크(12)의 축선과 평행하게 안내되고 브레이크 디스크(12)와 두 브레이크 패드(14, 16)에 걸쳐 있는 부동캘리퍼(22), 브레이크 디스크(12)의 일측에서 부동캘리퍼(22)의 축방향 이동을 위해 안내되는 브레이크작동태핏(42)과, 브레이크 패드(14)에 태핏(42)의 작동력을 분배토록 태핏(42)과 인접브레이크 패드(14)의 배면판(18)사이에서 브레이크 디스크(12)와 평행하게 배설되고 각 탄성 부우트(64)를 위한 캘리퍼 가이드(56)의 영역에서 그 변부에 형성된 요구(68)를 갖는 압력판(54)으로 구성되는 스폿트형 디스크 브레이크에 있어서, 탄성부우트(64)가 해당 캘리퍼 가이드(56)의 슬리이브(58)에 고정되고 압력판(54)의 변부에 형성된 각 요구(68)에 방사상 간격을 두고 결합되는 견고한 컵형의 캡(66)으로 덮히고, 단열판(72)이 압력판(54)과 인접브레이크 패드(14)의 배면판(18)사이에 배치되며 적어도 일부가 압력판(54)의 변부에 형성된 요구(68)를 덮고 있음을 특징으로 하는 부동캘리퍼와 압력판을 포함하는 스폿트형 디스크브레이크.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 단열판(72)이 듀로플라스틱물질로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 스폿트형 디스크 브레이크.
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 단열판(72)이 내부에 섬유물질이 매설되어 보강됨을 특징으로 하는 스폿트형 디스크 브레이크.
