제2도는 각각 금속 및 접착 수지 표면 층을 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름의 입면도이다.
Claims (11)
- 접착층은 코폴리에스테르 수지의 알칼리 금속함량이 0.005그램 원자 퍼센트 미만인(a) 방향족 폴리카복실산 또는 이것과 동등한 폴리에스테르 형성물질, (b) 방향족 폴리카복실산의 설폰산 유도체 또는 이것과 동등한 폴리에스테르 형성 물질 및 (c) 화학양론적으로 반응하는 양의 최소한 하나의 다가알콜 또는 이것과 동등한 폴리에스테르 형성 물질에서 유도된 코포리에스테르 수지로 구성되는 것으로 특징되어지는, 합성 중합 물질의 최소한 하나의 표면위에 접착층이 있고 기판에서 멀리 떨어진 최소한 하나의 접착층 표면 위에 금속층이 있는, 합성 중합 물질의 기판층으로 구성된 금속화된 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착 코폴리에스테르 수지의 알칼리 금속 함량이 0.0005그램 원자 퍼센트 이하인 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접착 코폴리에스테르 수지가 화학양론적으로 반응하는 양의 성분 (c)와 함께 60-98몰 %의 성분(a) 및 2-20 몰%의 성분 (b)로 구성되는 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 접착수지가 임의에 따라 총 산 성분의 0-38 몰%양인 지방족 또는 지환식 디카복실산의 잔사(d)로 구성되는 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 다가알콜이 지방족 알킬렌-옥시-글리콜로 구성되는 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 접착 수지가 이소프탈산 설포이소트탈산 및 디에틸렌 글리콜의 잔사로 구성되는 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 접착공중합체 층이 최소한 부분적으로 가교 결합된 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 이배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름으로 구성되는 필름.
- 접착층은 코폴리에스테르 수지의 알칼리 금속 함량이 0.005그램 원자 퍼센트 미만인(a) 방향족 폴리카복실산 또는 이것과 동등한 폴리에스테르 형성물질, (b) 방향족 폴리카복실산의 설폰산 유도체 또는 이것과 동등한 폴리에스테르 형성물질, 및 (c) 화학양론적으로 반응하는 양의 최소한 하나의 다가알콜 또는 이것과 동등한 폴리에스테르 형성물질에서 유도된 코폴리에스테르 수지로 구성되는 것으로 특징되어지는, 합성 중합 물질의 기판층을 만들고, 이것의 최소한 하나의 표면에 접착층을 도포하고 기판에서 멀리 떨어진 최소한 하나의 접착층 표면에 금속층을 증착시켜 금속화된 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 기판은 한 방향(세로)으로 잡아당겨지고 접착 폴리에스테르 코팅 수지가 필름 기판에 도포된후 처음과 수직 방향(가로)으로 잡아당겨져 이배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름인 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 코폴리에스테르 수지의 알칼리 금속 함량을 원하는 수준까지 조절하고, 중화매체를 사용하여 수지의 pH를 0.7이상으로 조절하여, 중화 수지를 기판에 도포한 후, 중화 매체를 제거하는 방법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
