제1도는 트리옥산-에틸렌 산화물 공중합체에 비교하여 본 발명의 공중합체의 열 안정성을 보여주는 TGA좌표이다.

Claims (21)

  1. 하기 일반식이 반복 단위로 구성된 아세탈 공중합체;
    상기식에서 R은 에스테르 라디칼이고, 각 m 및 m+n이 5-2000이고, 밑에 쓴 기호 n의 단위대 밑에 쓴 기호 m의 단위의 비율이 약 1:5000-1:1이 되도록 하는 정수이다.
  2. 트리옥산과 글리시딜 에스테르 유도체의 반응 생성물로 구성된 아세탈 공중합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 글리시딜 에스테르 유도체가 치환 또는 비치환된 글리시딜 아클릴레이트인 아세탈 공중합체.
  4. 근본적으로 트리옥산 및 글리시딜에스테르 유도체로 구성된 공단량체로 부터 유도된 단위로 구성된 아세탈 공중합체.
  5. 공중합체 연쇄가, (a)트리옥산, 및 (b)일반식;
    (여기서 R은 에스테르라디칼임)의 공단량체로 부터 유도된 구조단위로 구성된 아세탈 공중합체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R이 아세테이트 및 아크릴레이트중에서 선택된 라디칼인 아세탈 공중합체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, R이 메타크릴레이트 라디칼인 아세탈 공중합체.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 공중합체 연쇄내에 적어도 하나의 부가적인 시클릭에테르 또는 시클릭 아세탈 공단량체로 부터 유도된 구조단위를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 아세탈 공중합체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 부가적인 공단량체가 에틸렌 산화물. 1,3-디옥솔란, 1,3-디옥세판, 1,2-디옥세프-5-엔, 및 1,3,5-트리옥세판으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 아세탈 공중합체.
  10. 트리옥산과 일반식:
    (여기서, R은 에스테르 라디칼임)의 글리시딜 에스테르 공단량체를 공중합시키는 것으로 구성된 아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, R이 아세테이트 및 아크릴레이트중에서 선택된 라디칼인 방법.

  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 부가적인 공잔량체가 에틸렌 산화물, 1,3-디옥솔란, 1,3-디옥세판, 1,2-디옥세프-5-엔, 및 1,3,5-트리옥세판으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 방법.
  16. 트리옥산과 글리시딜 에스테르 유도체를 공중합시키는 것으로 구성된 아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 글리시딜 에스테르 유도체가 치환 또는 비치환된 글리디딜 아크릴레이트인 방법.

  19. 제12항에 있어서, 삼불화 붕소 개시제로 공중합을 개시시키는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 삼불화붕소 개시제가 기체불화붕소 또는 삼불화붕소의 배위착체인 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 삼불화붕소에 배위착제가 삼불화붕소 에테레이트인 방법.
