제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 관한 윈도우실드 장치를 적용한 자동차의 측면도, 제2도는 자동차를 평면시한 때의 운전자의 전방시계를 나타낸 모식도, 제3도는 윈도우실드의 형상을 나타내는 사시도.

Claims (11)

  1. 창틀을 갖는 차체와, 상기 창틀에 고정하여 부착된 윈도우실드로 구성되고, 상기 윈도우실드는 측연부를 제외한 종단면에 있어서의 윤곽선이 곡선이 되도록 성형되며, 상기 종단면에서 윈도우실드 상단과 하단을 잇는 직선을 횡축으로 하는 직교좌표를 기준으로 한 때의 상기 곡선의 극소점은 운전자가 상기 윈도우실드를 통하여 보는 투시상중 상기 차체의 투시상이 형성되는 영역에 위치하는 자동차의 윈도우실드 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우실드의 종단면에서의 윤곽선은 S자상 곡선을 이루는 자동차의 윈도우실드장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우실드의 종단면에서의 윤곽선은 상기 직교좌표에서 3차곡선을 이루는 자동차의 윈도우실드장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차체는 전방에 본넷트를 갖고, 상기 윈도우실드는 프론트 윈도우실드이며, 상기 극소점은 운전자의 아이포인트로부터 본넷트 상면에 이어진 접선보다도 아랫쪽에 위치하는 자동차의 윈도우실드 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 프론트 윈도우실드는 라미네이트 글래스인 자동차의 윈도우실드 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차체는 후방에 트렁크를 가지며, 상기 윈도우실드는 리어 윈도우실드이며 상기 극소점은 운전자의 아이포인트로 부터 실내 후사경을 통해 트렁크 상면에 이어진 접선보다도 아랫쪽에 위치하는 자동차의 윈도우실드 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우실드는 1매의 강화글래스로 되는 자동차의 윈도우실드장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우실드는 상기 극소점을 연속적으로 연결하여서 되는 곡선이 윈도우실드의 양측단을 외표면상에서 최단으로 이온 곡선보다도 아래쪽에 위치하는 자동차의 윈도우실드 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우실드는 상기 극소점을 연속적으로 이온 곡선의 아래부분에 마스킹등의 투시성을 낮추는 처리가 된 자동차의 윈도우실드 장치.
  10. 측연부를 제외하고 종단면에서의 윤곽선이 S자상 곡선을 이루도록 형성된 윈도우실드이며, 상기 윈도우실드는 상기 종단면에서의 상단과 하단을 이온 직선을 횡측으로 하는 직교좌표를 기준으로 한 때의 상기 곡선의 극소점을 연속적으로 연결하여서 되는 곡선이 윈도우실드의 양측단을 외표면상의 최단에서 연결한 곡선보다도 아랫쪽에 위치하는 자동차윈도우실드.
  11. 측연부를 제외한 종단면에 있어서의 윤곽선이 S자상 곡선을 이루도록 성형된 윈도우실드이며, 상기 윈도우실드는 상기 종단면에 있어서의 상단과 하단을 연결하는 직선을 횡축으로 하는 직교좌표를 기준으로 한 때의 상기 곡선의 극소점을 연속적으로 연결한 곡선의 아랫부분에 마스킹 등의 투시성을 저하시키는 처리가 수행된 자동차 윈도우실드.
