Claims (8)
- 불활성 용매 존재하에 하기 일반구조식(Ⅱ)의 벤즈아미드의 알칼리 금속염을 하기 일반구조식(Ⅲ)의 카르보네이트와 반응시키고, 하기 일반구조식(I)의 결과 알칼리 금속염을 중화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반 구조식(I)의 N-벤조일카르바메이트의 제조방법.상기식들에서 R1은 수소 원자, 할로겐원자 C1-4알킬기, C1-4알콕시기 또는 트리플루오로메틸기이며, R2는 할로겐원자, C1-4알킬기, C1-4알콕시기 또는 트리플루오로메틸기이며, R3는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 메틸기 또는 트리플루오로 메틸기이며, R은 1개 이상의 할로겐 원자에 의해 임의 치환된 C1-8알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자 및 메틸기로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 치환제에 의해 임의 치환된 페닐기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소, 불소 또는 염소 원자이며 R2가 불소 또는 염소 원자이며 R3가 수소 원자인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R3가 둘다 불소 원자인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 C1-6알킬기 또는 페닐기인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반구조식(Ⅱ)의 벤즈아미드염이 리튬, 나트륨 또는 칼륨의 수소화물 또는 수산화물을 사용하여 생성되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 0℃ 내지 반응 혼합물의 증류 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 하기 일반구조식(Ⅳ)의 알칼리 금속염인 N-벤조일 카르바메이트.상기식에서 M은 리튬, 나트륨 또는 칼륨 원자이며 R1은 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, C1-4알킬기, C1-4알콕시기 또는 트리플루오로메틸기이며, R2는 할로겐원자, C1-4알킬기, C1-4알콕시기 또는 트리플루오로메틸기이며, R3는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 메틸기 또는 트리폴루오로메틸기이며 R은 1개 이상의 할로겐 원자에 의해 임의 치환된 C1-8알킬기, 할로겐 원자들 및 메틸기로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 치환체에 의해 임의 치환된 페닐기이다.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 따르는 방법에 의해 제조되는 일반구조식(I)의 N-벤조일카르바메이트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
