Claims (9)

  1. 회전 구동되는 회전체와, 이 회전체의 바깥둘레부 몇몇부위에 설치되고, 각각 회전체 내측에 위치하는 내측파지수단과, 외측에 위치하는 외측 파지수단을 가지는 파지기구와, 상기 외측파지수단을 여기에 설치한 파지부가 내측파지 수단에 설치한 파지부에 가압되는 폐쇄위치와 이 내측파지수단의 외측에서 횡방향으로 벗어진 개방위치와의 사이에서 이동시키는 구동기구와, 상기 양쪽 파지부에 의해 파지된 튜브체의 파지부분을 시일하여 이 튜브체에 횡방향 시일부를 형성하는 시일수단과를 구비한 횡방향시일장치와, 상기 횡방향시일장치의 회전체와 같은 시기에 회전구동되는 회전체와, 이 회전체의 바깥둘레부 등간격위치에 설치되고 상기 횡방향시일 장치에서 공급되는 상호 연속된 용기를 순차적으로 수용하는 포켓과, 인접한 용기간의 횡방향시일부를 절단하여 개개 용기로 분리하는 절단수단과를 구비한 절단장치와, 상기 절단장치의 회전체와 같은 시기에 회전구동되는 회전체와, 이 회전체의 바깥둘레등간격 위치에 설치되고, 상기 절단장치의 회전체에 의해 한쌍의 횡방향 시일부를 운송방향 전후를 향하게 하여 운송되는 개개용기를 유지하는 유지수단과, 각각의 유지수단을 요동시켜서 유지한 용기를 이 회전체에 대하여 회전시키고, 이 회전체의 원주방향을 향하고 있던 상기 한쌍의 횡방향시일부를 이 회전체의 반경방향 안팎을 향하게 하는 요동기구와를 구비한 방향 변환장치와, 상기 방향 변환장치의 회전체와 같은 시기에 회전구동되는 제1회전체와, 이 제1회전체의 바깥둘레부등간격 위치에 설치되고, 상기 방향 변환장치에서 공급되는 용기를 그 한쌍의 횡방향시일부가 이 제1회전체의 반경방향 안팎을 향한 상태로 수용하는 수용부와, 상기 제1회전체에 설치되어 각각의 수용부를 구성하는 용기의 운송방향전후면을 끼워두는 한쌍의 제1 끼워둠부재,용기의 운송방향 양쪽면을 끼워두는 한쌍의 제2끼워둠부재 및 용기의 반경방향 내면을 지지하는 지지부재와 ,상기 제1회전체와 같은 시기에 회전구동되는 제2회전체와, 이 제1회전체의 바깥둘레부 등간격위치에 설치되어 상기 제1회전체의 수용부에 수용된 용기의 외면을 가압하고, 상기 각각의 끼워둠부재 및 지지부재와 함께 이 용기를 직사각형체 형상으로 가압성형하고, 또 그 용기본체의 반경방향 안팎 양측에 플랩부를 성형하는 가압부재와, 상기 각각의 플랩부를 절곡시켜 용기본체에 접착하는 시일기구를 구비한 용기 성형장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 용기제조장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 횡방향시일장치의 구동기구는 상기 외측파지수단을 상기 개방위치와 이 외측 파지수단의 파지부가 상기 내측 파지수단의 파지부에서 소정거리만큼 이격하여 대략 평행이되는 중간위치와의 사이에서이동시키는 제1구동수단과, 상기 외측 파지수단을 상기 중간 위치와 폐쇄위치와의 사이에서 양쪽 파지부의 평행상태를 유지하여 이동시키는 제2 구동수단과를 구비하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기제조장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 횡방향시일장치는 각각의 파지기구의 중간부 위치에서 튜브체의 반경방향 내면측과 외면측과를 끼워둠부재를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기제조장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 횡방향시일장치는 각각의 파지기구의 중간부 위치에서 상기 횡방향시일부의 길이방향 양단부측에 있어서의 튜브체의 양측면에 접촉하는 플랩 성형부재를 구비하고, 이 플랩 성형부재는 튜브체의 접촉 부분을 운송방향 전방측의 파지기구를 향하게하여 가압해서 이 튜브체에 용기본체에 접착되어야 할 플랩부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기제조장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절단장치의 포켓은 이 절단장치의 회진체 바깥둘레부에 소정 간격마다 설치한 지지블록사이에 형성되고, 또, 이 절단장치는 상기 튜브체의 각각의 횡방향시일부 길이방향 양단부측에 있어서의 용기의 양측면에 접촉하고, 또 접촉부분을 지지블록을 향하게 하여 가압해서 이 용기에 그 용기본체에 접착되어야할 플랩부를 형성함과 동시에 상기 횡방향시일부측부의 장착부를 상기 지지블럭에 압접시켜서 이 용기 및 횡방향시일부의 위치결정을 행하는 위치 결정 기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기제조장치.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용기 성형장치의 가압부재는 상기 수용부에 수용된 용기의 반경방향 외측의 횡방향시일부를 수용하는 틈새를 구비하고 있으며,상기 한쌍의 제1 끼워둠부재는 제2 협지부재의 개방상태에 있어서 용기의 운송방향 전후 양측면을 끼워두어 상기 지지부재에 의해 지지된 내측의 횡방향 시일부측의 측면이 저부,외측의 횡방향 시일부가 꼭지부가 되도록 상기 용기를 삼각형 형상으로 가압 성형하고, 또 상기 가압부재는 상기 한쌍의 제1 끼워둠부재에 의해 삼각형 형상으로 가압 성형된 용기에 근접되어 상기 틈새내에 외측의 횡방향 시일부를 수용하고, 또한 , 상기 틈새에 외측의 횡방향시일부를 수용한 상태로 상기 가압부재, 한쌍의 제1끼워둠부재, 한쌍의 제2끼워둠부재 및 지지부재에 의해 이 용기를 직사각형 형상으로 가압성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기제조장치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용기성형장치의 지지부재는 상호접촉ㆍ 이격이 가능한 제1지지부재와 제2지지부재로 구성되어 구동수단에 의해 작동되도록 되어있으며, 상기 양쪽지지부재를 개방시킨 상태로 양자의 틈새내에 상기 수용부내에 공급된 용기내측의 횡방향시일부를 위치시키고, 또 한쪽의 지지부재를 다른쪽 지지부재에 근접폐쇄시켜서 이 한쪽의 지지부재로 상기 틈새내의 횡방향시일부를 다른쪽 지지부재측으로 절곡시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기제조장치.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용기성형장치의 시일기구는 상기 수용부에 수용된 용기본체의 반경방향 내측부분과 외측부분으로 돌출하는 내측 플랩부와 외측 플랩을 가열하는 가열수단과, 상기 제2끼워 둠부재의 개방상태에 있어서 가열된 내측 플랩부를 용기 본체의 측면에 압착시키는 내측가이드와, 상기 제2끼워둠부재의 개방상태에 있어서 가열된 외측 플랩부를 용기본체의 외면에 압착시키는 외측 가이드를 구비하고, 상기 제2끼워둠부재를 내측가이드의 선단부를 넘은 위치에서 폐쇄되어 상기 내측 플랩부를 용기본체에 압착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기제조장치.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 제2끼워둠부재 선단부에 각각 절곡클릭을 개폐 가능하게 설치하고, 이 절곡클릭은 상기 외측 가이드 선단부를 넘은 위치에서, 또 상기 제2끼워둠부재가 상기 내측 플랩부를 용기 본체의 측면에 압착시킨 상태로 폐쇄되고, 상기 외측 플랩부를 용기본체의 외면에 압착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기제조장치.
