Claims (3)
- 카르복실 변성한 합성고무계 라텍스 또는 합성수지 에멀션을 종라텍스로 하고, 여기서 하기 일반식〔Ⅰ〕로 표시되는 단량체, 또는 이들과 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성불포화 단량체〔Ⅱ〕와의 혼합물을 첨가중합하여 얻어지는 사이드 중합체를 산 또는 염으로 중화하든가. 또는 4차 화제로 4차 암모늄염화함으로써, 에멀션 입자표면에 고밀도로 양이온성을 부여한 중합체라텍스를 종이재료에 2.5~30중량% 첨가하여 초조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 강도가 뛰어난 종이의 제조법.일반식(단, 식중의 R1은 H 또는 CH3를, R2는 탄소수 2~5의 알킬렌기를, R3및 R4는 H 또는 탄소수 1~5의 알킬기를 , A는또는를 표시하고, R1, R3, R4는 단량체가 물에 대하여 난용성 또는 불용성인 범위로 선택된다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식〔Ⅰ〕의 단량체의 첨가량이 카르복실변성 라텍스의 콜로이드 당량치(절대치) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 종이의 제조법.
- 카르복실 변성한 합성고무 라텍스 또는 합성수지계 에멀션을 종라텍스로 하고, 이 종라텍스를 중화하여 pH6 이상으로 한후, 상기 일반식〔Ⅰ〕로 표시되는 단량체, 또는 이것과 공중합가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 단랑체와의 혼합물을, 하기 일반식〔Ⅰ〕로 표시되는 단량체가 적어도 종랴텍스의 콜로이드 당량치(절대치) 이상의 비율로 되도록 첨가한 후, 라티칼중합 개시제를 사용하여 중합하여 얻어지는 시이드 중합체에 산 또는 염을 첨가하여 중화하든가 또는 4차 화제를 첨가하여 4차암모늄 염화하고, 에멀션입자 표면에 고밀도로 양이온성을 부여한 중합체 라텍스를 종이재료에 2.5~30중량% 첨가하고 초조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 강도가 뛰어난 종이의 제조법.일반식(단, 식중의 R1은 H 또는 CH3를, R2는 탄소수 2~5의 알킬렌기를, R3및 R4는 H 또는 탄소수 1~5의 알킬기를, A는또는를 표시하고, R1, R3, R4는 단량체가 물에 대하여 난용성 또는 불용성인 범위로 선택된다.)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
