Claims (26)

  1. 5-300nm의 평균일차입경, 5-100의 평균응집도 및 0.01-5중량%의 함량에 의한 6-10의 모오스경도를 가진 입자(A)의 내포물에 의해 특정지워지는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(A)가 β-형, r-형 및 ζ-형 결정형 알루미나 입자로 주로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 알루미나 입자종의 적어도 한 종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(A)에서 ζ-형 결정형알루미나 입자의 비율이 60중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이측배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(A)가 지르코니아 입자와 티탄질화물입자로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 입자의 적어도 한 종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자(A)의 평균일차입경이 10-100nm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 입자(A)의 평균응집도가 10-50의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(A)의 함량이 0.1-1중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 폴리에스테르의 주요성분이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌-α,β-비스(2-클로로페녹시)-에탄 4,4′-디카르복시산, 폴리에틸렌2,6-나프탈레이트 및 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 군으로보터 선택된 중합체의 적어도 한 종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(A)의 형상계수가 0.85-1.0의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 평균 표면조도가 0.003-0.030μm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  11. 제1항에있어서, 상기한 필름의 평면 배열도 지수가 0.935-0.975의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 밀도지수가 0.02-0.05의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 마찰계수가 0.20-0.35 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 표면비저항이 1×1015Ω.cm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 가로 방향에서의 배향비율이 30-80의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 0.3-3μm의 평균입경, 상기한 입자(B)의 그것보다 큰 상기한 입자(A)의 모오스경도를 가진 입자(B)를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향폴리에스테르 필름.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(B)의 모오스경도가 6이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(B)의 결정화 가속계수는 15℃이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  19. 제16항에 잇어서, 상기한 필름의 함량이 0.005-1.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(B)가 칼슘카아보네이트 입자, 인산 칼슘입자 및 실리카 입자를 포함하는 무기산입자와 유기산 중합입자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선책된 입자의 적어도 한 종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  21. 제16항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(A)의 모오스 경도와 상기한 입자(B)의 모오스경도 사이의 차이가 적어도 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  22. 제1항 혹은 16항에 있어서, 비결합 입자를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기한 비결합입자의 평균입경이 0.2-20범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 상기한 필름 중의 상기한 비결합입자의 함량이 0.01-2중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  25. 제1항 혹은 16항에 있어서, 합성폴리에스테르 필름을 형성하기 위하여 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 한 표면위에 상기한 필름이 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  26. 제22항에 있어서, 합성 폴리에스테르 필름을 형성하기 위하여 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 한 표면위에 상기한 필름이 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
